March 16th 2024. Newport Kentucky Tonight was the second time I ordered food for pick up. The first time they completely disregarded half of my order. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to just make it. With NO accommodations for their mess up. Tonight they gave me fries that were clearly over cooked and hard with a sprinkle of cheese. Horrible!!!! They got me twice never again!!!!

Wings is always hit or miss but the server was amazing can't remember his name tho "black guy working lunch shift" I serve tables too and I can truly say he was the best server I have had at any place I've been to that side of newport. To him thanks again for the great

Their service is the down fall of this location. Waited 10 for the hostess to come greet us but watch multiple servers look at but no one came over. Was finally seated and waited another 10 mins then font just got up and left. Service has been bad for years here.

Every time I order from Doordash, UberEats or on their website my order is wrong or is missing something. I love the wings but it's always frustrating. Maybe it's different in the restaurant but their carryout/delivery service needs major work. When I spend $50 on an order I expect better.
Coming in we were sat at a dirty table, not really a big deal, got it cleaned off… ordered appetizers and drinks, a beer was brought out in a dirty glass with lipstick on it, appetizers never came, had to remind our waiter. Part of our order was brought out and had to wait another 10/15 min for the rest of it along with the appetizers. Wings were dry and like jerky, no sauce on them. Couldn’t eat them and sent them back. Gave up at that point! Will not be returning! Poor service

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I hadn't eaten here in a few years because it honestly was just not good before. We happened to stop in last night and every single one of us said how good it was and we all got different things on the menu. It was the best burger I have had in a long time! And I didn't have the wings but they looked so much better than the last time I was here.
