If I could give them zero stars, I would! This place is ridiculous! I ordered 2 Croissants with sausage and no cheese. I waited 20 minutes at the window! When I finally got my order it was sausage and cheese, NO EGG! I was late for work after waiting 20 minutes. I called and the manager seemed "out of it." Ed didn't seem to have any explanation how there was no egg on my sandwichs. This place should have never reopened. DO NOT go there!!!

When we was in the drive Thru we saw all the workers yelling and cussing the guy manager was just standing there doing nothing and we didn't get all our food which was a good amount large mozzarella sticks and impossible burger. Never again

Once I receive my food, I was missing my fries, my order was misheard, so my sandwich was not the way I ordered it, and the mac & cheese bites tasted like Kroger‘s macaroni put inside of breadcrumbs that were deep-fried. At least I got my sandwiches though.

I went through the snow and ice covered driveway to use the drive-thru and the person taking my order was extremely rude. Then when I got to the window to ask what the trio and New deal was they said that they did not know and shut the window on me while I was talking. They were very very rude and I will not be returning to that particular Burger King.

I mean, it's Burger King, not a 5 star restaurant. But I can say the fries actually had salt on them!!! Something that's becoming more extremely rare in fast food.
They gave me the wrong order three times in a row. I’ll order for my family when we don’t want to cook so there will be multiple sandwiches in the bag. I order online and the names are individually printed on each sandwich. Half the order will be my name and the other half is someone else. I don’t know how the employees here filled out their job applications without the ability to read.

Terrible customer service…I had hair on my burger, I came inside & wanted a refund I didn’t complain nor had an attitude with them the older black lady was rude for no reason snatched the bag out my hand and walked to the back and came back with fresh food and I had told her I wanted a refund she says you should’ve said that and I told her I couldn’t because u just snatched it and walked away.

Why rebuild this place? Still the same terrible food! A 10$ order so simple right? and yet nothing is good, stale buns and old bacon ruin the burger and my chicken fry’s aren’t ever crispy. Just close the place down so we can get something decent to replace it!
