Let's start by saying that was the first time the host said my name correctly I appreciate her for that. the Ambiance in the restaurant was very nice low lighting design very well very nice environment. Our waiter Tracy was very nice but very unattentive I believe he took on too many tables and was not present enough for our service. I ordered calamari for the entree a Mojito flight a three-course meal New England clam chowder the 14 oz New York strip (medium)with mushrooms and potatoes and key lime pie. It took about 30 minutes to receive the calamari an additional 20 minutes to receive the mojitos. I wanted a salad as well but when I retrieve the salad the lettuce was very soggy and it was not good I returned it. I actually had to ask for my soup where we were sitting was very cold near the window and I wasn't sure if he remembered that I ordered suit when I asked for my soup it was an additional 15 minutes to even retrieve it. then an additional 30 to 45 minutes to receive the entree. very very very slow service. Once I received my entree my steak was rare I definitely asked for medium but it was just rare it wasn't even cooked so obviously very frustrated because I'm hungry at this time and I just asked Tracy can I just get another bowl of the New England clam chowder because that was really good he obviously spoke to the manager manager came over to ask me do I want the steak cooked I did not want to wait another 45 minutes for my state so I said no I declined I just would like another bowl of clam chowder which I waited an additional 25 minutes to receive.

The fish was excellent as was the service and the ambiance. The asparagus could hardly be cut with a knife and my husband's potatoes were cold. Took a while to get waited on in the bar but drinks and shrimp beignets were excellent.

We visited to celebrate a birthday but left assuming a Sunday evening isn't the best night to visit. The crowd was sparse but our server seemed a bit overwhelmed. We had multiple questions regarding different preparations and when we all 3 chose a Salmon special, we were told “ oh, we're out of all the salmon tonight.

We're passing through the area but use to live here & patronize this Chart House regularly so we decided to stop. The service was slow & the food was nothing like its been in the past. The crab was stinky and both the steak and fish were overcooked. Dont recommend this location, sadly.

This is the 2nd time we have eaten at this location. The first time we had a very good experience. This time wasn't as good as our first. Although the food seemed fine and the service was fine, nothing was really spectacular about our visit. Would probably select a different restaurant next time we go out for a nice dinner.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at The Chart House, and they went over-the-top to make it extra special, from ensuring we had the best view and starting us with complimentary glasses of champagne to ending the evening with a delicious complimentary dessert. Our meals were outstanding, and our server and the entire staff were all attentive, gracious, and helpful. They even made customized menus for us honoring our anniversary that they wrapped up for us to tak home. We highly recommend this restaurant for the wonderful food, gorgeous views, and fabulous service that makes you want to go right back as soon as you can.

We visit Cincinnati once or twice a year and Chart House is a must have on our visit. A Kentucky staple with delicious food, mocktails and dessert! The view of the river is always a calming retreat to have in the foreground during conversations and eating. Their ambiance is the type environment patrons look for when dining out. We love the Chart House!
