This 2nd Time, the Lobster Tail was SO Tough & the Veggies were Scorched or Overcooked. Had 2 Replace the Side w Mashed! However, Great View & Service!

It must have been an off night for the staff and/kitchen. Waiting ninety minutes for our entree to come out was less than ideal. Something got lost somewhere. Apologies were offered & accepted but we're not motivated to visit again anytime soon. (And were the mashed potatoes supposed to be chunky?)

Absolutely phenomenal dinner at Chart House! This was our second time dining here and it was just as perfect as our first visit. The views of the river and cincinnati are gorgeous and the ambience inside the restaurant is very classy. We started our meal with the mussels and calamari and both were cooked perfectly and so delicious! I got the “pearfect” cocktail and it was excellent. For our entrees we both got the prime rib and a side of sizzling mushrooms, everything was seasoned perfectly, great temperature and exactly what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. Finished our meal with their chocolate lava cake, you can't pass that up! I must add we brought our 7 year old daughter and they are very accommodating to children with having a kids menu, coloring page on the back and in her words “the best chicken tenders and fries!” Overall we are so so happy and will definitely be back next time we are in town. Great job Chart House! Thank you for an amazing evening!
First, our waitress was exceptional. She was very attentive, kept the beverage glasses full and was knowledgeable of the menu and offerings. The food itself was amazing, prime rib cooked perfectly for the gentlemen, a beautiful bowl of New England clam chowder for myself. The chowder had a tasty stock and was full of clams and potatoes. It was delicious. Another guest had the lobster bisque. Its broth did not seem as well developed but was still tasty and had a large amount of lobster on top to garnish. The entire evening was enjoyed by everyone at the table.

Service was subpar, had to wait long for a drink, there was a big , loud group behind us that our waitress was also taking care of , they were obviously the priority. I couldn't justify the price for the quality and quantity of food. Luckily the crab legs salvaged the night. Won't be back for awhile, no desire to.

This is one of our very favorite restaurants - we have been coming here for the last 15 years or more, always great food, interesting food specials, wonderful wine list and great cocktails too. The service is always great, very professional servers, they make a nice dinner a very special evening. The view is always nice too.

Food lacked flavor, especially the chopped salad. Salmon was the same. One guest of 4 was happy with their meal. Service, however was very good and the restaurant itself has great ambiance.

My parents and I reserved a table for new year's eve and I am speechless. The ambiance is just what you would want for a relaxing, romantic dinner. We got the calamari for an appetizer and it was some of the best ever. My step-father and I got the cod with lobster risotto (perhaps a holiday menu item) and my mom got the fish and gnocchi which she loved. Everything was amazing but be sure to pace yourself! We were stuffed after leaving but it was well worth it. Service is great and food is perfectly timed.
