25 th anniversary dinner, food was good, service was a little slow, food took a while to come out.

Did not get a good piece of halibut. Extremely dry. The service and the rest of the food was very good.

Each time we dine at the Chart House we have a wonderful experience and this time was no different. The food was delicious and the service attentive. We look forward to returning here sometime in the near future!

This is a beautiful restaurant with an incredible location right on the Ohio River with the Cincinnati skyline in the background. We had a large party and were greeted by Amanda, the general manager, who welcomed us and seated us promptly at our Open Table reserved time. There is excellent menu variety. Hits for us included the Spinach Salad; the “Chart Your Course” combo meal; the Sole on Fire; the Steamed Mussels Mariniere; the Herb Crusted Prime Rib and Filet Mignon, NY Strip Steak with Lobster Tail; the Coconut Crunchy Shrimp; Lobster and Shrimp Carbonara; and for dessert, the scrumptious Hot Chocolate Lava Cake...everything prepared to perfection. The consensus of the group was that “everything was amazing!” Dinner service by Pat was perfectly timed, friendly and totally professional. There is a lovely lounge with full bar, extensive wine list and plenty of exotic cocktails to choose from. Highly recommend this restaurant for a great fine dining experience.

We are visiting from the U.K. and were excited to go to this restaurant due to the reviews in line. However, we were really disappointed. The restaurant is very tired and its decor is not looked after well. The staff seemed uninterested and not terribly happy and done quite untidy in their appearance. The food was very average. My lobster and sea bass risotto was poor. The fish was dry and I there was no lobster in the risotto, just a couple of flakes. For the quality of the food, the ambience, the decor and the waitressing the price was far too much. Such a shame.

Chart House was not my first choice to celebrate my birthday but my husband loves it and we ended up going. We were so disappointed. After waiting 15 minutes, we received water for our water glasses, another 10 minutes and we were able to order drinks and then another 10 we ordered and this was before drinks arrived. One in the party returned her very pulpy drink with a promise to get a new one. She didn't but was charged for 2. The filet was so burnt that my husband could cling it in his plate. I told him to say something but the whole fiasco with the returned drink hindered him. I'm so sorry to give this review (especially since I live in Campbell County) but I something had to be said.

We did happy hour in bar on a Sunday evening. Prime Rib sliders which we have had before were overcooked this time and they had run out of horseradish. Server was friendly but was slow to refill drinks. It appeared they didn't have enough help. Man at check in desk was not very friendly. Fish tacos and shrimp beignets were delicious. Dirty martini didn't taste right. Not as good as it had been in the past.

Everything was great except being greeted by the two people at the hostess stand. They didn't even greet or smile at us and made it a little awkward and seemed annoyed by me saying we have a reservation. Our server though, Mary, was just divine and the nicest person ever. The food was also amazing.

We were seated at the window and had a lovely view of the river and sunset. Service was excellent as was the food. Definitely enjoyed our evening.

Sat outside and had a lovely evening watching the boats, drinking wine and eating delicious food. Staff was very attentive. Thank you Casie! Recommend it.

Food was good as always. Services not so much...very slow getting the food out...one couple at the table beside us left. After dinner We were given a sumary bill that didn't match the itemized bill (which was from another table). We've been here many times and always had a great experience...this was just so so.

The food was not up to standards we have experienced before. The mashed potatos were not well seasoned. The beef midalions had grisal. The Caesar Salad had a flavor in the dressing that was off putting half way through.

I left a message while booking the reservation saying I was proposing before dinner and they greeted us with a glass of champagne. Our favorite place for dinner!

Great view (but for the rain storm that rolled in) with great food and our server did a wonderful job (wish I could remember his name?), Had a special fish dish and roast beef.

Chart House continues to be one of my favorite restaurants. The Manager, Amanda, always greets us warmly and makes excellent wine selections. The wait staff is exceptional. The food, both in terms of preparation and presentation, is consistently good.
