This is the 2nd time we have eaten at this location. The first time we had a very good experience. This time wasn't as good as our first. Although the food seemed fine and the service was fine, nothing was really spectacular about our visit. Would probably select a different restaurant next time we go out for a nice dinner.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at The Chart House, and they went over-the-top to make it extra special, from ensuring we had the best view and starting us with complimentary glasses of champagne to ending the evening with a delicious complimentary dessert. Our meals were outstanding, and our server and the entire staff were all attentive, gracious, and helpful. They even made customized menus for us honoring our anniversary that they wrapped up for us to tak home. We highly recommend this restaurant for the wonderful food, gorgeous views, and fabulous service that makes you want to go right back as soon as you can.

We come to Chart House once a year. Ayla, our server, was fantastic! She gave great ideas for entrees, wine pairings, and dessert. The food was amazing. We will certainly return next year!

Food was marginal. NY strips were tough. The outside of mine tasted like charcoal when ordered medium. Another was ordered medium well and came out rare. We were told in the spring swordfish would return in the fall. Still not on the menu in October.

Let me start by saying the service was great! The waitress was very attentive and nice. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion (anniversary). As for the food, would it kill them to use seasoning?? Everything was so bland. My wife got the sea bass and lobster risotto and it had literally no flavor. I got the snapper Hemingway with potatoes and the potatoes had no seasoning or butter or anything just boiled and mashed. The snapper was the most flavorful part of the meal only because it was Parmesan crusted. You would think for $160 (2 meals, salad, 2 beers and a glass of wine) after tip the meal would have been top tier but we were left pretty disappointed. Probably won't be back.

We love Chart House and have been there three times in the last few months. Unfortunately our experience last evening was ruined by poor service. Our server seemed more concerned with taking care of the lg table of gentlemen next to us than the two of us ladies. I'm sure she assumed the tips would be better. I did not skimp on her tip but I should've. She only came around when she was delivering food/drinks- not once to check if we needed anything. We were celebrating a birthday and ordered the lava cake when we ordered our meals. After dinner she brought us a dessert with a candle in it, sat it down and walked away without saying one word. It was not the lava cake so we were confused. We tried forever to get her attention and also because we needed water. Finally we were able to ask her and she said that's the complimentary dessert. Well, if she would've asked or spoke to us when she brought it we would've declined. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and she's normally better at her job. The food was excellent as always.

Had been to Florida Chart House locations many times in the past so extremely disappointed in our experience here. We went to check it out because of restaurant week, and felt immediately treated like second class citizens once we asked to see that menu. Wait between courses was exceedingly long, food quality was just okay... can really tell that they never expected anyone to order the restaurant week menu. Our server had tables all over the venue so we rarely saw her.
Salmon was half cooked but was taken off the bill, my first time there went for restaurant week.
