Fries were cold ordered grilled nuggets for my wife got breaded she can't have gluten so threw them out have her my fries and they were gross. My sandwich was ok. Pretty disappointed overall 2.5/5

Clearly, I need to stop coming here. Every time I come here, something is missing! I ordered a $40 ticket and it’s all good, I guess, but, my granola is missing for my parfait. It may be small, but I did pay for the entire granola parfait! I wish they could get it together when it comes to the orders they are putting out. This is getting ridiculous. I haven’t been here in a while because of this exact reason! And the attitudes they consistently have with me.

Ordered a spicy grilled chicken without lettuce and tomato, and the receipt showed it correctly. I got a sandwich with lettuce and tomato but no cheese. This location messes this up more often than not.
Stop making your employees stand outside to take orders in freezing cold weather!!!!! Poor girl was shivering, cold trying to take my order in the drive through!

Every time I come through here I feel bad for the people they have standing outside in the cold. They are always clearly cold, as can only be figured with it being Winter. Idk who in management thinks it's a good idea to keep these young people outside in the bitter cold, but it's really not healthy for them at all. I believe the restaurant has intercoms, so why not use them? The catered outside service is not worth getting your workers sick. It's a needless disregard for their health.
P.S. The food quality is slipping.

was having the worst day ever, I decide to get a mac n cheese from chic fil a (my favorite fast food item ever that always brightens my day). place my mobile order and pull up just to discover they are out of the mac n cheese. heartbroken and distraught I continue to sit in line just to end up w some cold fries. ik it’s not their fault I just needed to channel the frustration somewhere and it ended up here (first review I’ve ever written !)

EVERYTIME I’ve gone here they ALWAYS screw up my order. How hard is it to put salad dressing in the bag with a salad, or a straw with your drink, or how about utensils with a salad? Simple right? It for these idiots. Management could care less, and has tons of excuses. They need new management and owners. Terrible!
So at this location you can order 2 of the 10 count chicken minis in the drive thru no problem but when you call with an hour notice they say it’s too difficult and they need more advanced notice to put those same 20 chicken minis on a tray…lol what a joke of customer service. Great way to rip a few more dollars off customers too. The other location was able to give a 20 count tray in the drive thru no problem.

Chic Fil A overall has pretty decent food and staff is generally happy and polite, however this location decided to do absolutely nothing to honor veterans on Veterans Day. They could simply offer a free cookie to Vets with their meal, free drink, anything, but this location chose nothing. With all that this business stands for you’d think honoring vets would be a no brainer. Sad.
