This location has gone downhill over the past few years, consistently messing up my order today they forgot to put my large fries in my bag didn’t realize it till I got home had to drive back down to get them completely turned me off on Chick Fil A in general, I will never give my money to this company again!!!!

As much as Chick-fil-A is South after for excellent customer service this one is horrible
Several times I order online and they cancel my order so therefore I am out of food and money for the moment for me and my children I have let it Go several times but this is the third time it has happened
I spoke with the very unprofessional Jessica this morning and she hung up on me how rude is that and she will not answer the phone again all I asked was for the manager above hers information to reach out to them since she could not do anything to resolve this matter
She refused to give me public information and she will not answer the phone again
She did not remain professional she needs to go back to training she needs a ride up she needs everything to improve her customer service I will not stop until I get Justice for my money with Chick-fil-A Newport
I will be posting this situation on tiktok to let everyone know my experience have been horrible at this Newport Kentucky location and I have been very patient but today was the last straw

The food was very underwhelming. My Mac and cheese bowl was half full. The nuggets were not crispy enough. The side of pickles was as little as possible. We had to wait in a long line only to be pulled forward to a parking spot to wait longer.
