Stood there for 4 minutes before anyone knew I was there, the person who did notice me right away made no effort to take my order or get someone to take my order. When was helped I asked for double protein and was not given it, even though I was charged for it. The trash cans were over flowing.
The food did not seem to be fresh either.

However I witnessed 2 Workers that were girls go into the same bathroom, they were in there for about 2 minutes and when my daughter went to go in there after them, a bunch of smoke came pouring out the door. I noticed the workers didn’t wash their hands either. I definitely will not be coming back to this Chipotle with these kinds of workers. 1 of the girls name tag said “Bridget” the other lady didn’t have a name tag on her but she was a Hispanic lady. Super unprofessional I will not be back here. Do better.

The workers do not like giving full portions of protein… Sometimes you’ll order a double portion and they’ll give you 2 extra cubes of chicken and look at you as if that’s supposed to be acceptable. If someone is gonna pay $20 for a burrito, give them their money’s worth, it’s not worth the potential loss of customers…

This is one of the filthiest restaurants around here. The employees and management are never the same, yet they all look like they want to kill you for coming in. This place sucks man. I went out of my way to leave a review it sucks so bad. Go to Hothead across the street.

Giant sign on the door said "Now open until 11" it was 9:15 when my husband and I walked in. Every inch of the dining room was filthy and employees were breaking down the line and doing their nightly cleaning of the grill. Gentleman on the line was incredibly rude. Tossed things at me as he finished w each order. To a point I had to take a deep breathe and remind myself not to react. They were completely out of chips which was a bit irritating. Im pretty disappointed in this visit.

There were plastic pieces of wrappers in my food. Cross contaminated with fajitas veggies. Which wouldn't be that bad, but green peppers make sick. Their drinks were all out, and when told the worker said he'd fix them but didn't. I'll just go to a different one from now on.
