Food and the service is an absolute joke. 8pm on a Saturday night and you have only one person working the main with a line full of people, while you have other people in the back just walking around. Its ridiculous that with 3 hours of business left you leave the main line understaffed. Along with the service the food is a joke, no flavor, cold and absolutely unappetizing. I would call back for new food but im sure it wouldn't be any better tbh. Would rate 0 stars if i could especially since they will do nothing about it to make it right. Joke of a franchise

I wanted a salad. They were out of: - lettuce - Coke Zero - Diet Coke - iced tea The dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned for hours, and the drink station was covered in ice... I stopped going here over 3 years ago due to the poor management, rude employees (including their manager at the time), and lack of cleanliness... Apparently, nothing has changed. Happy New Year.

When I first moved here this place was my favorite to go to. Now it’s just a wreck and seems to have been for the past 4months at least if not more. The food line is always a mess, and there has been multiple occasions where I have received things in my food that I didn’t ask for due to food dropping in other bins and the scoop just gets all the mess that fell in. A friend and I ordered food at 9pm today and they were out of so much. No carne asada and no chips, no vinaigrette. The chips were to only be used for online orders yet the store is open till 11pm. Also the drink area being out of a lot, also a mess and then ice completely mounded on the grate of the machine.
This has been my experience the past couple of times and the staff doesn’t seem to mind any of this at all. I love chipotle and don’t want to have to find another store. Hoping to see this place get cleaned up soon and back to the nice and clean environment it was before.

Every time I mobile order; something is wrong. This location is trained to not put extra anything on mobile orders- rice is always hard. The employees and management don’t care, the reviews alone should be worrisome to corporate. This location needs shut down.

Stood there for 4 minutes before anyone knew I was there, the person who did notice me right away made no effort to take my order or get someone to take my order. When was helped I asked for double protein and was not given it, even though I was charged for it. The trash cans were over flowing.
Food was good. However I witnessed 2 Workers that were girls go into the same bathroom, they were in there for about 2 minutes and when my daughter went to go in there after them, a bunch of smoke came pouring out the door. I noticed the workers didn’t wash their hands either. I definitely will not be coming back to this Chipotle with these kinds of workers. 1 of the girls name tag said “Bridget” the other lady didn’t have a name tag on her but she was a Hispanic lady. Super unprofessional I will not be back here. Do better.

The workers do not like giving full portions of protein… Sometimes you’ll order a double portion and they’ll give you 2 extra cubes of chicken and look at you as if that’s supposed to be acceptable. If someone is gonna pay $20 for a burrito, give them their money’s worth, it’s not worth the potential loss of customers…
