I go to this chipotle way more than I should because it’s the closest location to me and time after time the portions you receive are just terrible. Pay $10 for a burrito with 5 pieces of chicken and rock hard rice. The Newport location has went so downhill.

They seemed stressed and scattered as carry out and lined cooks wondered aimlessly. Mind the customer line was only 5 deep at the time. A cook then dropped their container of cheese on the ground. They proceeded to scarp it off the floor back into the hot pan again continuing to place it on the line for customer use. A frighting unsanitary view as they were previously dragging full garbage cans trough the same area moment before. Even from a tenured restaurant worker that’s rough. It caused a pause and contemplation on the sanitation of the food in general. May avoid this location and it’s unsanitary practices.

We had a good experience. Sometimes it's a dice roll at chipotle these days. But we will return. The employees on this particular visit were very accommodating. We appreciated that. I understand it was a little past lunch rush, but we had to wipe down our own table. Again, all the employees were busy and on task, and I am sure having all the ingredients to prepare the food, is more important than wiping down all the tables.
Absolute terrible service. Ordered tacos and they wrapped them in tin foil so when I went to open them, they were smushed together all soggy. Didn’t even put them in the container that is meant for tacos.Also ordered quesadillas for my kids and the cheese isn’t even melted on them when I opened them up.

The store was filthy. Every table was dirty floor had garbage all over. The trash cans were overfilled with garbage!We spent $35. For two people. The restaurant should be clean for your dine in customers!!

They have cut their portions in half .. Thus location is tye only ones whi do it.Wmployees look, and act like they're miserable.I use to tip them regularly.Not tipping if you're not going to give full portions.Also ,my bill is never the same amount when going here ..It ranges from $9,40 -$14 50 .. They've been chatging me for different things for weeks until I brought it to someone's attention.
