I had a frustrating experience at this location. My entire order was wrong—ordered two waffle bowls and got waffle cones instead, asked for a medium shake and got a small. The employee almost gave my son the wrong ice cream altogether. On top of that, I had a BOGO offer, but the cashier wouldn’t let me enter my phone number and just dismissed it, saying I could use it next time.
The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable or interested in helping, and the service felt rushed and unorganized. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I’m not sure I’d return.

Got there at 9:45 tonight. Yeah I get its busy, but we stood in line for 15 minutes and just as we were entering the doorway, one of the employees stepped in front of us. She stated "I'm going to have to cut the line off here" and proceeded to shut the doors in mine and my 2 friends' faces. There were also about 6-8 people in line behind us who had been waiting almost as long. I understand the need to close, but you could cut the line off for the people who were already in line and not turn people away who have been patiently waiting. Won't be spending my money here again.

Had a horrible experience my first and last visit. I showed up about 15 minutes before close (which I understand sucks) and the 2 girls were super rude. They were out of whipped cream and wouldn't fill it up, our shakes were super small and not filled. It was just ridiculous and way to expensive to not get what you pay for. I should have just went to 5 guys for a shake like we usually do.

Employees were not friendly. No plain waffle. The manager said, "I am working on it and it will take one hour. No, I have to finish the whole basket before I give you one with your ice cream". No greetings.

Ordered to go, took a while which I'm ok with on a Saturday I get that.. but 30 bucks, and one of the two items I ordered for my kids didn't have any of the toppings, bear in mind I didn't get anything unique it was one of their standard items.. im good, thats a waste

Cant say enough good things about this cold stone the staff went above and beyond to accomidate our daughter with her peanut allergy and opend new boxes of the toppings she wanted so that she didnt get cross contamination or haft to be left out definently will go back agian

Love the ice cream, but the employees aren’t very friendly. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door, even when there is no one in there. Makes you feel very unwelcome and kind of confused on if they are ready to take your order or not.

BE CAREFUL! These people don’t know how to make accurate and honest charges. After ordering three large ice creams and one medium ice cream they charged us for four ice creams. Additionally, after pointing this out (as well as pointing out they gave us a small instead of a medium ice cream) the “new” price was still the old price. They are charging 8-9 times more the taxes and took a great deal to complete a straightforward cash refund. Do not waste your time here, truly futile in all aspects.
Workers were very messy when scooping ice cream and pouring drinks. This led to my drink being covered all over and dripping everywhere.

We waited our whole vacation to enjoy a dessert and my son chose Cold Stone Creamery. So, we went in excited about our dessert and choosing which flavor each of us wanted. The guy that took our order was hurrying us and was rude wanting to know if anyone behind us in line knew what they wanted, because we don’t normally eat cold stone creamery and didn’t know what we wanted. It was NOT a pleasant experience! Ice cream was delicious though, just terrible customer service.

About 6 rude employees standing around, not a single one said hello or how can I help you. I ordered two like-it sized ice creams. They gave me 2 like-its and charged me for 2 love-its. Worst service ever. I would never go back. The tall skinny dopey looking fella threw my ice cream across 2 other employees onto the table to mix it together then smirked about it. He needs to be fired. They all were horrible. I would say the girl who rang me up was nice but she also overcharged me so, she sucks too.
