One star is too much for this pizza place. I always order from Domino’s, but this location is a disaster. On my last visit, I waited over an hour for two medium pizzas, and when I order for delivery, the wait time is also ridiculous. The employees don’t care and have a terrible attitude. There are plenty of other pizzerias around, and I’m sure they’re much better.

Ordered delivery from here several times, out of the maybe 5 times I have ordered here it has been wrong or substantially late maybe 3 times. I originally just wanted a refund for the most recent messed up order and the app/support team could not assist. Only thing they could do was give a free pizza next time. So, a few days later tried to use the free deal but turns out you have to spend more than $20 after the order has been applied to have it delivered and it is not able to be used for carry out. After some conversation with the store I learned they wouldn’t be able to help. The automated service was also poor. Not going to be ordering from here again. For cheap pizza Donatos or papa John’s are much more reliable

it is the employees and the be EMPLOYEES ONLY that I get Domino's as often as I don't Smetimes there's only a couple people there and they're slammed! Somehow they stay professional and friendly. The truth is I couldn't do it! I would most likely throw a pepperoni at a forehead week one. I just want to tell you guys I know it's not easy! especially during football season or events! Just keep up the good work!!! Oh and the food isn't horrible or anything! lol.

I swear this place is just ridiculous I ordered for delivery at little after 7pm and here it is 11pm called and called said they were on their way. Every time. They are not coming by now and even if they did they can have it. It's ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. When I do order wings or the bread cinnamon twist they sometimes are ok but most of the time thin pretzels thickness they have absolutely drowning in oil or butter, they don't skimp out on that I probably could squeeze them out and use it to cook fries in. The only good thing is how much cinnamon and sugar on top they are covered in it as well like a powdered donut but instead of powder sugar it's cinnamon and granulated sugar which is nice it takes away the oil spill all over them. This will be the last time I ever order anything from them. Absolutely disgusted at how they treated me.

I am beyond frustrated with the abysmal service I received. I waited for over an HOUR for my pizza, calling the store multiple times—more than five times! No one even bothered to pick up the phone. When someone finally answered, the same person gave me two completely contradictory responses. First, he said the pizza was already out for delivery. Then, in another call, he claimed it will be out for delivery. Which is it?
If they couldn’t deliver the pizza for some reason, they could’ve just been honest about it instead of leaving us in the dark. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Leaving customers hanging like this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Never ordering from here again!

I ordered my pizza at 8:15 p.m. on November 11th 2024 and it sat in the prep stage for almost an hour and I got tired of waiting so I tried to cancel my order online which I couldn't and I will be making a complaint to the corporate but anyways I decided to go with LaRosa's because they were very fast and they didn't make me wait a long period of time and then they call me about 10:00 saying we got your order that's almost 2 hours waiting on two medium pizzas so I don't think I'll be ordering from Domino's again I think I'm going to go with LaRosa's from now on I had kids waiting to eat sitting there crying and everything and this is pretty sad that I had to go to another pizza company just to feed my children so I will not be ordering from this company ever again they can take the points that I got and shove them nobody should have to wait over an hour just for them to start cooking it

UPDATE.... Domino's online customer service was zero. Help and never even bothered to respond, nor were my coupons or points restored. Couple days later I tried to call the store and told them the situation. The gentleman on the phone was nice but said he couldn't help me. I had to speak to a different manager. Tried to call back again and got no answer so I finally decided to just drive to the store. Once there I explain the situation again. Showed them the various forms of evidence I had and the order was finally made. While I had to go through an aggravating ordeal to get my food, I finally got it 3 days later. Restoring a couple stars on my review. Should never have had to go through all of this mess and customer service is a joke but a gentleman who made my order as well as the young lady who put it into the computer were both very nice and I appreciate them
Ordered from here shortly after 1:00 a.m. on Saturday night used my free emergency pizza which turned out to be $5, not free and my free five cheese baked pasta with a $10 purchase coupon, shortly after ordering online. The store call also says they can't complete the order because of the time change. They said they were going to cancel the order and then turned around and marked it on the pizza tracker that at first they made it and then baked it and then completed it. Keeping my points that I redeemed and my free pizza coupon and just lock the doors and left. So beware ordering from this location. I know I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning because this is ridiculous

This is a very clean and well put together store. The staff are very friendly, they are very quick with preparing your food and it's not a chunk out of your pocket when you buy food for your family. They have something for everyone, pasta, pizza hoagies, salads, dessert etc. I will always go back.

Ordered a pizza and they made it correctly. After 30 min of it being ready, it hadn’t gone out for delivery. I tried to call the store at least 4 times and nobody answered. I had to drive to the location to pick it up and I would have been fine doing that if I had known they were short on drivers. No way for me to know because they couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone or call me to just let me know why.
