Location is in the library on the 3rd floor not really any parking. Good clean student run Location. Wish there was a public location and not just a campus one......... next closest is 45 min from ky

People are idiots. When you are on the map and it shows it in the middle of a campus that means it is on or in the campus. Get common sense

I am in the same boat as many other travelers. Please make it very clear on the Google Maps location of this Einstein Bros that it’s in a college building or on a college campus. Many people would avoid driving here if they knew that. I even read a comment where one person said the place was on the third floor of a building. It’s not easy to find and not very welcoming to the non-college student. Please add in the title of this Einstein Bros that it’s in NKU college. Once done, I will be happy to update my rating.

Great place to eat

When my wife and I lived in another state we were introduced to Einstein Brothers and loved them. This location is about 2 miles or less from our house but we have been reluctant to try because it is on the campus of NKU. This morning I tried to go ahead and try it. Parking was limited and I found the visitor parking, which costs 2.50 for the first 30 minutes and is a good distance from the library (though after leaving we were not actually charged). Upon arrival at the library I inquired where the Einstein Bros was and she told me third floor, but it is closed for the summer.

They closed! Really! No warning, no accounting for all our accumulated points, gift card value! Just - closed. Stinks but typical.

I've worked here for two years now and it's not a bad place to eat. The building is old and has its issues which may explain some complaints about the inside, but the food quality is excellent and USUALLY gets out on time. The food is excellent and I'm a little biased on the service aspect but I would recommend for anyone looking for a quick spot to grab breakfast or lunch!

This place is so hit or miss for me. I either walk in, sun shining, birds singing, no line, hot bagels, friendly service OR it's pouring down rain, huge line, out of several bagels, SLOW service (so slow once they gave me a coupon), and a mess. I do like their bagels though, just depends on the day. Their cold brew coffee is expensive but tastes really good. Maybe try this place out on a not busy time.

I drove to Kentucky from Ohio to get some dang bagels. Unfortunately Google led us to a frischs big boys. Turns out the bagel place was in the library of northern Kentucky university. I arrived to find that I missed the closing time by 1 hour because on Fridays it closes at 3:00pm instead of 6:30(the closing time every other day excluding weekends.) Now I would've known this if it said the buisness hours on Google so I had to add them. Youre welcome. Anyways I stayed in a nearby motel motel for the weekend because I cannot be defeated. Monday morning I was waiting there at 7:30am when they open and I got my God dang cream cheese and locks then drove back to Ohio. Worst bagel related road trip ever. Minus 4 stars for the confusing location. Plus 2 because the bagel tasted delicious.

Yeah... no. I can't even write the review for this place because it was such a whacky, whacky, whacky, nearly unbelievable experience. Nothing dangerous or unhygienic or scary happened, but frankly this is one of those reviews that I can't write truthfully without worrying about endangering someone's livelihood. Let's just say that in the end, none of the 4 of us got anything we ordered. We all got SOMETHING, but not what we ordered. And there was some of the craziest stuff going on in this place during the time all of us just ate those 4 bagels we didn't order without complaining and left ASAP.

Forgets something every time I order from here . Have yet to have an order come correct . I got a sausage egg and cheese and they somehow forgot to put sausage on it.

Wanted to update. I ordered 9 everything bagels and 4 pumpernickel, the everything bagels were amazing, I just had what I thought might be a pumpernickel, it wasn't black as it should have been and was doughy and stodgy, like it was mostly whole wheat flour. I got no rye at all, I didn't eat more than a few bites, shame I had to waste the cream cheese on it. If I find anymore in my bag I will through them out. So everything, yes. Pumpernickel, no.

They have never disappointed. The bagels are soft and fresh and arrive in really cool packaging that I'm proud to display to our clients. They are always on time, if not early. I love this place!
