Could they stare any harder? The was a older African American on the grill who was lovely. The cashier an whomever else had a stank face an made me feel unwelcome. I got my food to go cause the one guy couldn't stop looking at me.

it was soo bad I literally saw employee walk out in front of me with her friend. I was struggling to open the door and she just ignored me. She literally looked at me. We were ordering and the employees at the front counter were like sleeping they were super rude cursing the place is so bad do not recommend also. I we were ordering, we asked all the meat and we ordered seven sandwiches do not recommend.

I placed an order ok the app of a bacon cheeseburger and they forgot my bacon, they also made me wait for about 30 minutes when on the app it said it would take 15. I also asked about my order and they we are very rude and just yelled at me. It’s just crazy that you make me wait thirty minutes to get my order and still mess up.

Yesterday, I placed my online order and it was set to be picked up at 6:45pm. I got there at 6:50pm and waited 25 minutes for my food. The workers ignored me initially when I walked in, asked my name after 5 minutes or so, and continued to ignore me. They didn’t start my order until 7:10pm. I asked for my money back and was told I would’ve had to get it back online, since my order was placed online. I didn’t want to go through the run around with that, so I just waited more time for my order. What’s the point in ordering online, if you have to wait 20-30 minutes for it when you get there to pick it up? I watched about 12 orders get placed and fulfilled before they even acknowledged mine. This is just one bad experience of four. There’s been an inconvenience literally every time I’ve been to this location lately. If it’s not making my order wrong, it’s something like this. Not to mention, I watched the workers sit bare slices of cheese down on bare countertop before proceeding to put them on someone’s burger. Gloves also weren’t changed in between making orders, after touching certain ingredients (pork bacon). Someone who doesn’t eat pork could get really sick. I won’t be back after this.
