We visited for vegan ice cream- got sorbet after reading ingredients in the product that was labeled "vegan" but had dairy products in it. Read labels folks- especially if you're vegan or have true allergies to dairy. Having dairy products, which are animal products, automatically make a product NOT vegan.
I love Graeter's. Stopped in and got the double butter cake. We must have gotten a bad one because it was nothing but a flavorless powdered sugar mess. We thought for sure it would be like the okey gooey butter cake famous in St. Louis. Not even close. So disappointed. We've had other coffee cakes from Graeter's. Guess we'll stick with one of them in the future. We love the ice cream so we'll definitely be back.

The staff here are super nice and welcoming even late at night. After trying different locations across Ohio, I would say this has been our favourite. Ella and her colleague did a very good job serving us Ice cream today with a smile and friendly attitude! Thank you!

The ice cream tasted good, but the "scoops" they give at this location is a joke. I had what barely counted as one scoop get charged as two. I don't know if this is a training issue, but I'm not looking to get ripped off.

When the manager overhears me say "oh there out of ????" In the bakery section... He says "hold on" and he brings out some from the back... That's quality service!!

Stunningly delicious Root Beer Soda. It is simply out of the ballpark in deliciousness compared to any others I’ve had in my life. Gorgeous, golden-yellow foam piled pretty high on top.It was really fabulous tasting and very pretty.

I had a hot fudge Sunday with 2 scoops of ice. The Sunday with the whip cream topping wasn't as tall as the cup it was served in. Sunday tasted fine but portion for price was very disappointing.
