Stopped here going from Columbus on the way to TN… since we don’t have a Hooters in Columbus anymore and the group we had was a group that used to go all the time…First the was a concert in the area and I believe a baseball game so we were charged for parking (not sure if this is normal but threw me off having to pay to park and eat at hooters)…There was a bit of a wait which was understandable… the wait was about an hour and acceptable but it was just something that just added to this over all experience and I believe they were understaffed… after we were seated it took over 20 mins for us to get drinks another 30 for apps… then almost another hour and a half for us to get our entrees… we had a group of six so it wasn’t a small party but should not have been that long…The staff were friendly and again I really feel like they were understaffed… hoping this was just an off day… the location was not cleaned up in a timely manner but again… understaffed…

Madi was very attentive and nice. Came here with a friend for wings and they were really good. Service was good and so was the food.Parking: Went late at night so parking was abundant

I wish I could give 10 ? because it was beyond my expectations. They closed at 1am and we didn't get their until 1230am but the food and service was emaculant! Fresh and hot! I'll be going to this location more often!

Terrible! Tried to stop there and eat Saturday and nobody ever came to wait on us so we got up and left. Second time this has happened to us at this location! Will never go back or recommend that location to anyone!

Went there for the ufc fights, they didn't have them on so I went to bdubs instead

Food was awesome service was great. The fact it's floating on the Ohio River made it even more unique. Definitely top of my list for places to revisit. Restaurant on the water is something you don't experience often. Highly
Stopped for some wings, The restaurant is run down and needs attention. The entry way (between the two doors is filthy) the help appeared to just not care about service today. Took 15 mintues before anyone came to the table and the place wasn't busy. The table next to me where people just finished eating had plates stacked up and they fell off the table onto the floor next to me. No one came to clean it up for more then 15 minutes. Then when she did pick up the plates the sauces that were on the floor was there for more then 10 minutes and the help was just stepping over the mess. The place was empty so being busy wasnt an excuse. The help just didnt care. Poor management and uncaring help. The wings were good. The place is just not well managed from what I can tell.

Ordered online on Hooters website. Waited inside for 30+ minutes after the food was supposed to be done. Half of the food was hot and half of it was cold. Asked for a manager, he never came.
