Worst restaurant experience of my entire life. Have gone there TWICE and once could not get seated and there were 3 customers in the entire place. Second visit there were 2 customers in the dining area, a group of 3 employees sharing baby stories and pictures at a nearby table while i sat endlessly. Walked out both times. Will NEVER return to IHOP☹️

Put in an order for pickup at 10 AM and it told us that it would be ready at 10:23 AM. Arrived on time and waited for over an hour for the food to be ready. Very poor customer service as well.

I forgot my coat here the other day when I went with my brother for his interview. They saved it for me. I got it back today and everything was there!! Very happy with that, plus, my food was pretty decent! Can't beat their value menu ham& cheese omelette with pancakes for $6.

Went on a Saturday night at 7:44 with my church group. There was no one and I mean no one there ,we were the only people there. We were turned away because I was told they can not do individual checks .

My husband and I stopped in, just for a nice, quick breakfast after church. Quick is not in their vocabulary here. We waited for 15 minutes to be seated, that’s fine. But once seated, we ordered right away because we were ready to eat. Simple order, pancakes (ya know, their speciality?) and biscuits and gravy. 45 minutes, nothing. I figured an hour at a chain restaurant would be enough to get a bite to eat. I was mistaken. We walked out. Could have been the world’s best pancakes but I wouldn’t have known.

They keep saying there’s a lot of to go orders and not sitting people because of that waited 30 minutes when they told us it will be 10 min and keep adding more time for dine in

Sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes watching the waitress clean table while multiple groups waited for a table. Did not acknowledge us and we left after 30 minutes of waiting for a table. She only had one active table. Both groups left. Won't be back.
Not sure what they are doing there!?! It's definitely not taking care of the customer. Sad to see a place go downhill so fast

Only problem? Wait time. But when you're here to relax after a stressful day? The staff is so lovely. The food is comforting, the staff give you time to decide and talk to others with your party. They handle rude customers well. A lovely experience I've had here. Even with the set backs they faced from issues, they make sure to work around them to give you great service.

When I walked into this IHOP, I was frustrated right away. There were plenty of empty seats but lots of people waiting. I saw four servers chatting in a corner while guests waited. The hostess said the wait would be about 10 minutes, which started things off with a bad taste.
My friend had already warned me that this location had poor service, so I was prepared. After three groups walked out, we were finally seated. One server took our drink order, then another, Janilee J, came by and said the first one forgot to put it in. From that moment on, Janilee took over and completely turned things around.
Her service was phenomenal. She checked on us often, kept our drinks full, and was very attentive. The food came out quickly, was perfectly seasoned, and even looked great on the plate.
I came in expecting the worst but left impressed. Thanks to Janilee and the kitchen, it ended up being one of the best IHOP visits I have had.
