Best Jersey Mikes In the tri state. They are professional, sandwiches are wonderful and you leave feeling you have your money's worth. Best one!!

I normally don’t leave reviews but this was crazy.. Paid over $30 for two subs with NO meat on them, quite literally one thin layer of meat. Had I noticed while they were making it I would have stopped them, but didn’t open the bags until we got home. I had to look through my sandwich to find the barely noticeable 1 slice of salami - I basically had a hot lettuce sandwich. I would like a refund ASAP, this was a waste of money. I haven’t had this experience at other Jersey Mikes but will likely just stick to Subway if this isn’t made right. *edit to response: I did reach out directly and gave my name and number and was told I would get a call back from a manager about receiving a refund, but have not gotten a call.

If you are celiac, then I would avoid this place and go To the Fort Mitchell location. Their employees seem to not understand that when you touch bread, and then you touch the tomatoes or other vegetables in a bin full of them, that contaminates the entire bin with gluten.

This place is awesome absolutely do no order from the one in downtown cincinnati.

Rudest staff of any place I've ever encountered.

Credit card goes out after they made my sandwich. I'm on lunch break and pressed for time. I don't have cash. Make us stand around for 10 minutes. Just give me my sandwich and let me leave. They had to throw it away anyways because I just left.

I really do hate to leave a negative review, because I do normally like Jersey Mikes but this location the past few times has really not been the best. It was my birthday today and I got a coupon from Jersey Mikes email club for a free regular sub and a 16oz drink. For some reason their machine wouldn’t read the code, they went to get a manager who asked me to put in my number, which I then did and we had some technological issues again. So it seems like something is off with their systems. I was not offered any other way to redeem the coupon. I have attached a screenshot below, as proof I really did have a coupon, but just disappointed that there was no solution offered. In this economy every penny counts.

Such rude customer service! Everytime I go in there, which won’t be anymore, I am treated so so rudely.

The chicken Philly was just okay I am not a huge fan of the hot subs there but their cold subs are great.

The feeling that I didn't do my homework before ordering , was still there. I got eye rolling every time I wanted to read the menue and didn't answer instantly. You still get that feeling that you are interrupting people when you are waiting to order. In other words my visit was the same as all past visits, Not Welcome!!
