Credit card goes out after they made my sandwich. I'm on lunch break and pressed for time. I don't have cash. Make us stand around for 10 minutes. Just give me my sandwich and let me leave. They had to throw it away anyways because I just left.

I really do hate to leave a negative review, because I do normally like Jersey Mikes but this location the past few times has really not been the best. It was my birthday today and I got a coupon from Jersey Mikes email club for a free regular sub and a 16oz drink. For some reason their machine wouldn’t read the code, they went to get a manager who asked me to put in my number, which I then did and we had some technological issues again. So it seems like something is off with their systems. I was not offered any other way to redeem the coupon. I have attached a screenshot below, as proof I really did have a coupon, but just disappointed that there was no solution offered. In this economy every penny counts.

The feeling that I didn't do my homework before ordering , was still there. I got eye rolling every time I wanted to read the menue and didn't answer instantly. You still get that feeling that you are interrupting people when you are waiting to order. In other words my visit was the same as all past visits, Not Welcome!!

I paid $20 for this ham and salami sandwich and they put one layer of meat on it. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. I had to go to Kroger after I got home and saw this to buy lunch meat to make it a sandwich. Will not go back to this

We were disappointed with our giant sandwich. It's usually very hardy and is enough for 4 of us with a little leftover. Not this time, it barely fed us.

Ordered ahead online. I arrived about 15 minutes later. Food wasn't ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes. Saw several people get their orders before me, people who were in line and people who came to pick up. When I asked the 2nd time where my order was, it still had not begun to be prepared, that's when a worker hurriedly made it. Needs to hire more professional workers and implement a better system for online orders.
