The price is simply too high. No other complaints, but even with the “deals” it is way too expensive. I would eat here way more if they shaved $5 dollars or so off the base prices of a pizza.

I love Jet's pizza. I usually get the lunch special, two cheese slices with a drink and a side of ranch and it never fails to satisfy. But the 4 corner is my favorite thing maybe in the world, the turbo crust with a drizzle of the sweet and spicy sauce on top 🤤🤤 staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, I eat it 3 to 4 days out of the week (I have a problem) (a pizza problem)😂

Update 1 week later: a manager reached out to us when this first happened and told us our next order is free. We received our order today and are very satisfied with it. Thank you. Changing review from 1 star to 4 for outstanding customer service. . . Called at 5:30 and put in an order. Person on the phone read it back to us to confirm. Said it would take 25min. We arrived around 6, told them the order name and were told it would be a few more minutes. Stood there for 20 minutes until someone else came from the back and told us our order was never sent in. So we left. Literally never had this happen before anywhere. Don't order here. Thank you for nothing!

Our order started at 5:55 PM. They delivered half of it and said that we would be on the next delivery. At 9:30 we finally get the second half of our pizza because they put us at the end of the list. Do not order from this place they do not care about customer service! If I could give zero stars, that’s what they get!

My original order started at 5:55 PM. They showed up an hour and a half later missing half of the order, and then it took an additional 2 1/2 hours to get the rest of our order and we only got a $20 credit. The pizza place put us at the back of the list when it comes to pizza being made when we should have been bumped to the front. They do not care and they stated that they were only concerned with the new orders. Unsatisfactory service unsatisfactory customer service and unsatisfactory food. Please be aware of what you order from this place and check it because you will not receive half of it because they are dumb.

I received a floppy and chewy pizza here and was told to contact a person to "make things right". I called and they told me I'd be called back. It never happened. So not only do they make bad pizza, but they don't make things right.
Don't bother responding again. I don't trust you to fix anything the next time either.

Ordered from here a couple of months ago and when I finally got to the front of the line to pick up my order, they tell me they accidentally gave my order to another customer. I said I would wait for a new one and they comp’d it and also threw in some wings. Ordered online tonight and they didn’t have my order again when we showed up. Had to wait again while they remade my pizza. No compensation offered this time but I will not be spending my money here anymore.

We placed an order the first night of NFL season during a game. We expected it to be busy but 2 of the 3 items we ordered either didn’t show or were incorrect. The driver was stressed and naturally not helpful. Shaelynn the night manager was great in resolving the issue. I hope I spelled her name correctly but because of her I won’t hold this experience against this location.
