Slow, slow, slow , and slower. No one had any urgency to get anyone any food at all. Everyone who looked to be employed there was standing around and talking out back. Every couple minutes, someone would walk up to the fryer area, look busy, then walk to the back again. Been sitting here for almost thirty minutes and I don't think anyone has even cooked any food.

Missing so much food, was cold. Went through drive thru, gave us food from the back door. Manager was rude. Didn't want to replace our cold fries and mac cheese. My kids was very disappointed.

Didn’t receive the fish that was supposed to come with the 4 pc shrimp. Called the store several times with no answer. The lady that took my order was very nice.
Gross!Disgusting! Was looking forward to long John silver fish lunch! Walked in ,never been here before, from Louisville. The trash was two feet above the can,every single table was leftover food and condiment messed. The behind the counter was a complete condiment dirty mess. The young lady that come to the counter and I asked her, do your workers clean! She replied smart mouth " do you want to eat here or not? I asked to see speak with the manager! She says she is the manager!!! My girlfriend and I left!! This restaurant is Nasty!!

Today I stopped in the Long John Silver's in Newport looking forward to the chicken planks unfortunately when I got at home it was inedible! I think they cooked it yesterday and just put it under a heat lamp until somebody ordered it. Tried to call the store and got a call back again message. Totally unacceptable uneatable food!
