We stood in the restaurant without any acknowledgment for 5 minutes. The staff saw us and even talked about us, but did not greet us or ask us to wait, they simply ignored us.Someone else came in after us and they were greeted. We were standing at the counter ready to place an order.After we realized that we were not going to get waited on or even greeted we decided to leave. It was not a good experience after a long work day and driving out of our way to have KFC. We will never return to this location in Newport, KY. I would also advise others to visit the KFC/Long John Silver’s in Florence, KY. if they want good service and food and just avoid the Newport location. I wouldn’t want others to experience what we just went through.

I called to complain about my food being cold hoping I would get another hot meal replaced but instead I had a rude cashier hanging up on me that was on Tuesday March the 19th 2024 between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. I will never eat there again

Fish had so much grease on them I had to put it on paper towels hush puppies was hard and taste awful. I had to trash my lunch. Never again I will drive the time to go to Florence for Captain D and get my fish.

Not sure what happened here but pay your employees better because it’s clear no one wants to work here. So understaffed that employees are trying but can’t take care of things properly. The owners of this establishment should be horrified at the sweat shop they own here. I left.

We were excited about the opportunity to have the choice between chicken and fish. He chose the fish menu and we're very satisfied with the fish and fried crabs that we received. A very helpful and skilled staff.

The food was trash. Also found one of the workers nasty hairs on my food when I opened the box. One of the worst food experiences ever. Yuck

Today reminds me why I don't eat out anymore. 2 BW3's and bad service no food I go here. What a joke. Girl real sweet work but the food was nasty. Rubber chicken and stringy fish. Nastier fries like been there all day. Idk what's so hard to do the job paid for. Said 1 ketchup and 1 tartar sauce. For my 1 fish n 1 chicken. They gave me 1 handful. Maybe if they were not just throwing extra items out the window they could afford to have fresh food.

Went there at 850 pm and was told we had to hurry and order because they wanted to close and when we kept asking for different items every time the answer was no. By the end we asked what the did have and her answer was 4 pieces of fish. These people are lazy/useless and have disgusting people skills. Most certainly a detriment to the company.
