First time to Mad Mike's and wasn't disappointed . The burgers were delicious and fries were hot and crispy. We stop in before going to a show at the Mega corp pavilion Gov Mule awsome show and were glad we did give it a solid 9.8 for a quick burger and fries wonderful staff very friendly, will be back 👍

This place is a gem. Walk up and order at the window. The staff was super friendly. Hubs got the Goliath and when he ate it all the gave him a piece of cheesecake. The burgers are definitely delicious, best ive had in a while!It was also pretty inexpensive! Will be returning every time im in Newport!

I was in Cinci and went to this chain because I love the Newport store so much but other store didn't comply with rewards points and employees were disappointing compared to Newport local. At Newport always friendly and happy to assist. The vibe is chill.

Came to cinci to visit family from here and also Florida. Found this little burger place and the food and staff were amazing. The chicken burger with mushroom and Swiss was amazing. Everyone else got regular burger and the gyro burger. Definitely will be back at next trip to town!!
