When this location first opened it was awesome. Now, you’re lucky to get a pizza that not over baked, cold, or thrown together. Quality food and service doesn’t exist here.

Saddest meatball sub I’ve ever seen. Each “meatball” was cut into 3rd of the regular size of a meatball. Love the taste but for what you pay I would not get it again.

Just had my online order canceled because I was paying in cash and they were understaffed. I get there and they play stupid like I cancelled my own order to drive over there for no reason. Then act like it's a problem to make me a pizza... They tell me 7 minutes to get my order done and it takes 20+. Now I know why I stopped coming to this terrible aas place. Way better service and way better pizza elsewhere.

It's unfortunate I have to give Marco's such a bad rating, but they earned it. The pizza is good when it gets to you fresh. Sadly, it never does. The company uses DoorDash for drivers, which means that your order sits around getting cold and gross waiting for a driver to show up...eventually. The Door Dash drivers don't have warm bags, so your soggy cold order continues to get more disgusting as the driver takes even more time to get it to you. If you call to complain, the very nice employee tells you it's not their problem that Door Dash is so late, but if you want to come to the store, they'll give you a replacement. Thanks, I guess. I mean, I ordered delivery for a reason, but whatever. I hope they turn it around, but I'd be surprised if this location lasts much longer running this way.

Absolute worst experience! Placed an online order, OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED. Monitored my order through their tracker before the online tracker simply disappeared and would no longer work. I called to find out where my order was and they had closed over a half hour prior. No phone call, no message, no email, absolutely nothing. Just simply took my order and money, and did not even attempt to fulfill it. NEVER AGAIN.
Update: My wife stopped on her way home from work to see what the hold up could be. Our order was sitting on the counter. There were people inside. They REFUSED to open the door and give the food. Stated they would only provide it if she was doordash or uber. Seriously?!?!?!

Marco pizza in Newport is THE LITERAL WORSE! I went there tonight for a door dash (because I’m a dasher). There’s an employee (he had mini dreads) standing outside holding the door talking to some random female. I walked up to him and asked him for the door dash order. He then proceeds to yell at me “WE AINT TAKING NO ORDERS AND TO STOP SENDING PEOPLE HERE!” I went back to my car and called the store and a young lady picked up. I asked her if they were still taking orders she said yes then the employee with the dreads started yelling at her tell her to hang up the phone. She hung up on me. I had to cancel the dash order and let the customer know as to why I cancel, but I’ll never dash there again.

Not only was their personal hygiene questionable but the food was too. They tried giving me a pepperoni magnifico that looked like it had been dropped and half the pizza was missing cheese and pepperoni, and my XL was a L in an XL box.
Loveee they Pizza lol it’s so delicious the crust I can eat it aloneee I don’t even eat pork but this pizza is my yearly guilty pleasure to do so. Larosas Who TUH hahah 10/10 definitely recommend now I only order delivery on DoorDash so I personally never been inside

We ordered 16 pizzas at 1pm today to be picked it up at 6:45pm for an event. They had made 7 pizzas to pick up when we got there and they thought that was it. So as the other pizzas got cold they started to make the other 9, and not in any hurry. So we demanded the others be remade as well because they were already cold. It took over an hour longer for the food to get done properly when they had 6+ hours knowing about the order. Once received it was obvious that some of the pizzas were the older pizzas that were ready an hour earlier. I called back and talked to Brandy, the supposed manager, to get some sort of refund and she was as rude and unhelpful as can be. One of the workers, who the manager apparently blamed for the mistake, also grabbed one of the boxes of old pizzas and started eating as we were still waiting. Nothing was offered to make up for this mess.

I really don’t order from here but they definitely got my business now. I ordered the Garden..I must admit I added pepperoni just in case but it was really good, feta cheese was a little hard, wings wayyy to small. I will be ordering the garden again😋

I don’t normally leave reviews but This is hands down the best calzone and cheesy bread I have ever had, I ordered the “All meat Calzone” it’s so good. I will definitely be ordering food from u guys more often, this was my first time ordering from this location and I am very pleased with how good the food is. To the manager that is reading this, tell the kitchen that they are doing an amazing job and to keep up the great work!!!
