marcos is my favorite pizza for takeout. they're fast, consistent, and they have a drive through window which is so convenient with having kiddos. also the employees are always friendly.

Would never eat at this location I witnessed a so called manager came out of the store threaten and try to pick a fight with employee in front of store who I found out quit because of the hostel work environment and place always smells like weed which I have smelled myself Would never eat here again after all that absolutely pathetic corporate needs to clean house at the Newport ky location. In general, I enjoy Marco's pizza but last week I ordered a couple of pizzas and received the wrong thing. I called and spent so long on hold that I called back to try my luck and was put on hold again. Ages later I get ahold of a rude employee who claims to be a district manager, talks over me in a hurry to get off the phone but promises a credit of $20 and hangs up on me before i could get his name. Today I go to use the credit he promised and they can't find the promised credit just a paltry discount that is barely equivalent to a standard coupon. I guess they would like to get corporate involved.

Went to get a pizza here and in the time it took me to walk in and get a pizza my car battery died. Friends didn't pick up the phone and so one of the Marcos employees was more than happy to help me out. The nicest guy. Really saved me in a pinch. Plus the pizza was still good after it sat in my car for two hours as I got my battery replaced. 10/10.

This place is horrible I walked in the employee was on the phone counting money she then took my order she started making my pizza with her bare hands never bothered to wash them first she was scratching her head and wiping her nose as she was trying to make my pizza. I called her over to me and asked for my money back and I left and went home I couldn't believe my eyes she said they don't wear gloves I said I can't eat from here. Pls be careful COVID is on the rise alone with other viruses

The food is just bad. The pizza is pretty soggy and basically just dough along with calzone. The salad had super inconsistently cut veggies etc. huge pieces of raw red onion and bell pepper. The Buffalo wing sauce is almost rancid. The only thing decent is the cheesy bread

Ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas for delivery. Got thick crust pizza instead. Called and they said they were out of thin crust. What are they premade pizzas. Told me they would give me money back if I drove the pizzas back to them. Horrible customer

I ordered thin crust and they sent me some thick BS pizza. Called and said they were out and sent me that instead. Had it delivered and they refused to refund my money unless I drove it back to store

We just wish there was a location closer to where we live. In Covington or Ft Wright. The pizza is delicious and the cheesy bread is also delicious.
