Great vibes. Beautiful room. Excellent drinks. Friendly service.
Did this tour a few days ago. Eric was the tour guide and he was absolutely incredible!!! Recently received a bottle of New Riff as a gift from a friend, and decided to come do the tour since I was in town for a family visit. Absolutely worth it, the bottle was great and the tour with Eric was outstanding. His knowledge of the history of New Riff and distilling process was fascinating. I’ve shared with many people about this tour and will bring friends next time I’m in town!
Job well done Eric.
New Riff - I can see why you all are winning awards!!
Stopped in for a tour with my family this past weekend. Had an excellent time! Grover is an awesome tour guide!
Lived in the area awhile and been here quite a few times to buy bourbon a d have a drink, but this time we did the tour and it was great! Lots of tastes of bourbons on this tour. And great info about the history of the distillery, as well as Kentucky bourbon. The tour guide was so friendly and inviting!
The bar upstairs is my favorite. Always friendly and yummy.
It's my favorite bourbon at home, and after going on the tour with Eric I definitely understand why! Aside from the amazing spirits we sampled on the tour, Eric has an amazing gift in telling the New Riff story!
Super cool distillery. The staff behind the counter was very knowledgable and helped me choose the right bottle for me. Hope to have time to visit again
Easy parking. Cool views of the city & river. Very friendly staff. Water stations. Cool flight options of bourbon. Tours & gifts offered. The bar was the best part. You get off the elevator, and it’s like you’re transported to a bright, fresh, eclectic vacation spot. Will definitely be back! Wish I had more photos to offer.
New Riff Distillery is nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the most inviting and kind front desk and shop staff, who immediately make you feel like part of the New Riff family. The layout of the distillery is incredibly thoughtful, designed to showcase every aspect of the craft with stunning views that take your breath away.
Even when the bar gets busy, the atmosphere remains electric, and the wait is more than justified by the incredible drinks they serve. I was absolutely blown away by the flight of single barrel bourbons I tried—each sip was a masterpiece. My sister opted for their rosé, and she couldn’t stop raving about it.
This isn't just a distillery; it's a top-of-the-line experience that captivates all your senses. From the expertly guided tours to the delightful tastings, New Riff offers an unforgettable journey into the world of bourbon. I’m already planning my next visit—this place is simply unbeatable!
First time back since 3rd floor has been completed. Really nice! Great selection of their bourbon varieties. Do not come hungry. I wouldn't expect a full restaurant, but even the "lite bites" are seriously lacking.
My first visit to the distillery and I absolutely loved the aquifer! Everyone here was wonderful, super cool and you could tell, passionate about whiskey. We came to celebrate the 10th year anniversary and that Headliner was absolutely worth the trip! Can’t wait to go back!

The distillery tour was exceptional and well worth the price. The Aquifer bar on the third floor is incredible!
Great place to stop in and try some bourbons that you can't buy off the shelf. Bar staff was very nice and made great recommendations. Everything in my tasting flight was great! Can't wait to go back and try a cocktail next time.
Just average bourbon at an elevated price packaged in a pretty bottle.
We took a tour of this establishment and I can say hands-down that if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Grover, Eric, Caroline and Scott absolutely made our day. This is a must visit location.
Great tour! Really learned a lot and had tons of fun!
