Our daughter had her wedding reception at Newport Syndicate last night and we were absolutely thrilled with this venue. Everything looked breathtaking, the food was great, and the service was friendly. Even last minute requests, they handled efficiently and did everything they could to make the couples big day magical. We can’t thank you enough and we highly recommend The Syndicate.

Went to an amazing murder mystery dinner where we learned about the history of Newport’s illegal nightlife. Very interesting and GREAT food. Everyone was nice and the host was a great pianist.

My now-husband and I got married at The Syndicate this past weekend, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We booked 441 days out, and from the very first meeting with Betsi, we felt completely taken care of. She was kind, professional, and clearly experienced. When we later met Courtney, it only got better. Communication with both of them was quick, clear, and consistent. We never felt like we were asking too much, and they handled every question with patience.
The tastings were genuinely enjoyable. They offered a variety and encouraged us to try as many as we wanted, which we did, and we’re glad we did. The food was incredible.
The staff working during our reception were fantastic. They were attentive, helpful, and always nearby without being intrusive. They made everything feel smooth and easy so we could just enjoy the night.
We chose the Grand Ballroom upstairs, which was stunning, but it’s clear that no matter where you are in the venue, the level of care and respect from the team is the same.
Sharon, the owner, is lovely. You won’t be working with her directly during the planning, but when we saw her at the venue, she was friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of what she’s built.
There’s nothing negative we could say about our time here. We felt supported from beginning to end, and we’re genuinely grateful to everyone who helped bring our day to life.
