My now-husband and I got married at The Syndicate this past weekend, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We booked 441 days out, and from the very first meeting with Betsi, we felt completely taken care of. She was kind, professional, and clearly experienced. When we later met Courtney, it only got better. Communication with both of them was quick, clear, and consistent. We never felt like we were asking too much, and they handled every question with patience.
The tastings were genuinely enjoyable. They offered a variety and encouraged us to try as many as we wanted, which we did, and we’re glad we did. The food was incredible.
The staff working during our reception were fantastic. They were attentive, helpful, and always nearby without being intrusive. They made everything feel smooth and easy so we could just enjoy the night.
We chose the Grand Ballroom upstairs, which was stunning, but it’s clear that no matter where you are in the venue, the level of care and respect from the team is the same.
Sharon, the owner, is lovely. You won’t be working with her directly during the planning, but when we saw her at the venue, she was friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of what she’s built.
There’s nothing negative we could say about our time here. We felt supported from beginning to end, and we’re genuinely grateful to everyone who helped bring our day to life.

We hosted our daughter's wedding here on 4/12/25. The staff was amazing! Everyone worked together to ensure it went smoothly. Betsi and Courtney were top-notch, but their whole team worked together seamlessly. We had the ceremony in the Flamingo Room, then moved downstairs for our reception. All our guests raved about the good food and the wonderful time they had. I only have a few pictures right now, but I hope to post more after the professional images arrive. Thanks so much to the Syndicate for an unforgettable and most amazing evening!
We had our wedding at Newport Syndicate and it was such an easy experience working with them. Everything from the first meetings up through the big day went perfectly. Betsi, Courtney and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We had a lot of out of the box ideas and things they had never done before, but they willingly embraced our ideas and found ways to pull it off. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Everything we could have dreamed! This venue is absolutely breathtaking, with a variety of rooms that cater to events of all sizes, each with its own unique charm. We had our ceremony in the Flamingo Room and our reception in the Ambassador Room, and both spaces were absolutely gorgeous! Betsi went above and beyond to bring our dream wedding to life, managing last-minute changes, timeline adjustments, and food allergies with ease. Her attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition from ceremony to reception. Tiffany was equally wonderful, offering support throughout the day and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Both Betsi and Tiffany were also incredibly calming, offering kind words and reassurance before the ceremony. And to top it all off, the venue has its own kitchens and chefs, and we’re still hearing compliments about the food—especially the late-night mac and cheese bar! The wait staff truly stood out as well, ensuring drinks were always refilled and plates cleared promptly, so our guests were always taken care of. We can't recommend The Newport Syndicate enough!
