I have been a long time fan of Noodles & Co, but this time was a disappointment. I had no issues with the service or staff or ambience of the restaurant, however, my food was beyond sub-par. I remember when Noodles food came in a nice glass bowl, and today confirmed how far we've come from that. I usually order the pesto cavatappi , but thought I'd branch out today. I tried the *new* chicken parm, and it was literally a TV dinner. Lean Cuisine adjacent. It was "served" in a foil tin and was very clearly just microwaved, while other patrons entrees were at least in plastic bowls. I feel pretty bad that I paid $10 for this, but I didn't want to cause trouble in the store. Compared to the picture that made me order this dish (below) you can understand my surprise.

I have been to this location multiple times, and absolutely loved their Alfredo MontAmore® With Parmesan-Crusted Chicken.However, this visit provided only super salty chicken and mushrooms. I could barely taste either due to the extreme amount of salt. I will continue to try to support them but the seasoning process may need to be reviewed.
Would have left without one of my ordered entrees if i hadnt checked.

Ever since I left my job here I have noticed a severe decline on service and food quality from this specific location. I was a simple server that got paid less than the others which is why I left, I never actually cooked any food but I have eaten the food from there and what I received today was no where near the quality I expect to be served for my hard earned money. No seasoning no flavor it's just a bunch of noodles and vegetables thrown into a bowl with cheese on top. Not to mention the fact that they did not alter our meals to our needs, you are lucky we are not allergic to any of it or we could sue, they do not read the orders or don't listen to the customer they just make whatever they want so they can leave at closing time. Extremely disappointed and I will never spend my money here again until a DRASTIC change happens.Dietary restrictions: They do not even make you want you order so there is no way they can help with diet plans.
