A quick place to grab a bite to eat! Very clean and the staff is friendly. I am from Maryland, but enjoyed stopping by Panera Bread. We ate in the restaurant.

The last 5 times I've been here, they've been out of bread for their sandwiches or something else super basic. Whoever in management does their ordering needs to do a better job, I can understand once or twice but it's almost every time I try to eat here. The food is decent when you can actually get it which is why I gave them 2 stars, but good luck with that.
Almost $16 for what's basically a side salad is CRAZY. I'd hate to see what the half size looks like. Lesson learned... definitely won't be making that mistake again. Pictured is a full size strawberry chicken caprese salad. Also ordered the full size chicken Caesar salad that was the same size. Super disappointed.

I am just really getting tired of shitty of rude and nasty service when I come into establishments where I spend my money and I am nothing but kind, I walk in at 8:43 just to pickup my drink cup because I have the sips club membership. One of the female workers with a pinned up ponytail rudely said to her other coworker idk what she wants but we are closed. Like I would never order anything at 8:43 other than a drink cup. It’s so exhausting

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Nothing more comforting for a kiddo than grilled cheese and tomato soup!
The cashier stepped away to refill necessary items in the dining room and before he could get back someone else was already stepping up to make sure the person who had just walked in was promptly cared for.
Based on the older reviews I’ve read, it seems like this location has greatly improved!

So at first was disappointed i payed and then find out no chicken noodle soup, however it is what it is, and the people where so nice and apologetic towards. Me. Im socially awkward so I spoke very little but am grateful for their time. Both the ladies an the gentleman doing the mopping and cashier, and refund and probably what ever else. They are great people.

Really Panera? $1.69 for a spoonful of cream cheese? This itty bitty container that barely had any cream cheese at all in it. Didn't even cover half of my untoasted bagel that I had to cut in half myself while driving bc it didn't get cut or toasted like I ordered

My cashier Brandi, on the receipt, was VERY nice. However the food preparers at this location were loud and ghetto. You’re here to work not to get attention and goof around w your coworkers! This used to be an upstanding location; however the workers in the back preparing the food, play too much and are very immature. I’ve noticed this the last few months. Update: This is 30 minutes later: These kids need to be fired!!! I am sitting here witnessing them be very disrespectful to the customers. And laughing about it. A customer just mentioned something to a worker and they all sit there and laughing and talking badly about her. These kids have NO respect and really disrespecting the customers in the dining room; as I can hear their disrespectful conversations about the customers! 3/20 5pm. I would really encourage a GM to visit this store!!!! ASAP. These kids are ruining the environment!!
No clue why I keep attempting to give this location so many chances. Every. Time. I. Come. Through. Here. There. Is. Always. An. Issue! The woman claiming to be named "Nell" is totally clueless and is ALWAYS RUDE & NASTY. Last week I placed an online order at 7:30p for drive-thru only. When I got to the speaker she told me they were about to close & I should not have been able to make an online order. I got to the window and she rolled her eyes when I gave her my card. There was never an apology or any kind of compassion for this person.
Today 3/23 I called the location because all I had was cash. I had left all my cards at home. So I caught the store and I informed the order taker that I had cash only and then I would like to come through the drive-thru because it's raining. I get to the order speaker and I inform them that I have a call in order. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Again it was Nell. Seems I inconvenienced her yet again. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru I finally get to the window. Again she seems confused and inconvenienced that I'm there. No customer service presented whatsoever. She then begins to tell me that I should have came into the store because I had to pick up order. I just wanted it to be convenient that I come through the drive-thru and that they could accept cash through the drive-thru. She then proceeds to tell me that I did not get my $2 off through the app because I was paying in cash so the coupon would not be applied. She then asked me to repeat my order twice. I repeated my order and again she seemed inconvenienced. She said you wanted it toasted? And I said yes. She then said you wanted no tomatoes? And I responded yes she then rolled her eyes. This is the second time she has made me feel very unwelcomed at the store. I work for Panera bread about 10 years ago and I never gave this type of piss poor customer service.
I will not be returning to this location, and I will inform everyone I know about this location. I'll also be posting in the Newport, Kentucky Facebook group about this location.

Last time for Panera for me. Worst ever. No chicken in Fuji apple chicken salad, very little lettuce, very disappointed. Newport, Ky store.
Given an expired pre-packaged yogurt parfait that was barely a half cup and waited 5 minutes for them to take it out if the refrigerator and was the only one in line. Panera used to be so good m, but it’s gone downhill. Bad food quality, terrible aero and high prices.
