Awful service. The red headed manger on shift was not personable or respectful or able to answer my questions or help to compensate in any way. Save yourself the money and gas to go to another one to get better service and what you pay for.

Patrick seems to have changed this whole place for the better. While I can't possibly know that Patrick has made the difference single-handedly, I do know that ever since he showed up service, food, and vibe at this Panera ratcheted up from a 2 to a 5 star stop. So happy my Sunday breakfast is now so...happy. :-D. Thank you, Patrick!

Honestly, I’ve had much better Panera. The main draw to this one is the convenience of the location, as it is right off the expressway. I feel like I have bad luck with the service being slow or missing items. Additionally, the soup have been pretty watered down the past few times. It’s not bad in any way, but just not that good.

I placed an online order and when my husband got to the drive thru he was informed Panera had cancelled it because what we ordered wasn’t in stock. He did leave with the half salad in our order. We have received a refund email, but also an additional confirmation email so I hope we receive a refund. It was a very disappointing experience.

For the amount of money you pay for a sandwich and salad you’d think it would be fresh? I asked for utensils they gave me only a knife? I have the flu and am beyond upset- was going to be my first meal today.

Went through the drive thru for a plain hot coffee with one cream. Pulled out and realized it was room temp. Cam back through told them what happened and got a new coffee same thing. I will never come nack to this location. If McAlister's had more locations there would be no need for any Panera to be in business.

Sad how skimpy the chicken is on my over $12 sandwich. I think you guys could do way better.
Their prices are quite high. The soup was tasty, hot and a generous portion. The staff were friendly. Service was quick. The dining area could have been cleaner. Most of the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from breakfast.

This Panera has ruined how I feel about all Paneras. Without fail, every time something is wrong, not hot enough, terrible service, etc. Today I picked this soup up for my 7 year old recovering from the stomach bug. And this was the chicken in her soup. 🤮
