Generally speaking, I love Panera but this location is awful. I waited at the drive through window for about 5 minutes. Then I recieved half my order. Then they did not return my debit card. Then they charged someone else's order to my debit card. Then one avocado sandwich had no avocado. The other avocado sandwich had chunks of avocado skin in it. This all happened during my first and only time at this location. About 20 staff inside all under 12 years old. it shows.

Uncertain of the quantity of negative reviews here. I have never had an issue with my food quality, timeliness, or staff. Obviously during peak hours things shift due to work load but still no complaints here. Drink club

Ordered through door dash. The BOWL of French onion soup was literally a half a cup portion with no cheese or croutons. The drink I ordered was also missing. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a Turkey Bravo NO TOMATO, they gave me two sandwiches with tomato and the one that finally "did not" have tomato had a tomato SEED on the arugula and a slimy substance that is obviously from a preexisting tomato ? You really think I'm gonna eat this when I told you it was because of an ALLERGY ? Will not be coming here again until I get my sandwich right the FIRST TIME.Dietary restrictions: They gave me a sandwich with my allergy food when I told them it was because of an allergy even still after three tries.

Then, the attendant at the speaker made me repeat myself 3 or 4 times when trying to pick up an order. Haven’t tried the food yet, but hoping for the best. But the drive thru experience was infuriating.

Ordered food from Uber eats, my French onion soup didn’t have cheese , it was like a bowl of onions I also received the bowl on the side no issue with that, Mac and cheese was good, I didn’t receive my papaya drink, or Madagascar drink so I can’t which is why the rating is also low, sandwich the meet was old had some type of old red stuff on it, and the green goddess salad was phenomenal just needed a tab bit more dressing
