Way too much money to spend on a very unfulfilling product. The cheesesteak tasted like nothing. I waited nearly an hour for this food and was actually met with attitude by the staff while waiting. Service was worse than bad. Do not waste your time with this place.

Paid $40.40 for 1 cheesesteak and 2 fries. The ‘double it up’ feature only doubles the cost not the food. Plus the sandwich was not that was featured on the menu and came on a hotdog bun. Worst food and experience ever will never ever order again. All phone numbers on the website were not in service. This place needs to go out of business if they can’t get the service right. Food was horrible and cold.

Listen, I've worked in the food industry for a long time. I understand there are some wild reviews made by people that just want to complain. With that being said, this was my least favorite sandwich of all time. We ordered 5 tenders and got 4 and a little nub of a chicken, my cheesesteak didn't have any cheese on it??? The bread was rock hard. If I had received the sides of sauce that I ordered, then atleast I'd be able to mask the burnt meat flavor and my food wouldn't seem so dry. I tried to call and talk to someone before leaving this review and that's when I learned it's a ghost kitchen. Don't waste your money, seriously. 0.0

Yall, this was the biggest disappointment in a cheesesteak I have ever experienced. Paid $32.98 for 2 12 inches. They didnt have chipotle sauce or cheese sauce and were burnt and dry! Do not be decieved.

can't make alterations to subs on website but you can on Doordash. doesn't matter though because none of the requests were followed. ordered lunch for an entire office-half the orders were wrong and they didn't include the MAYONNAISE that we had to pay extra for. and for all that, the subs arent even extraordinary to be able to mess up orders like this. 1/10 do not recommend.

This does not look like the advertising. I understand it might be hard to control the quality in the micro kitchens….. but why no cheese sauce? It was not good AT ALL. The fries were not good either. No salt just fried potatoes. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

0/10 experience. This is a virtual kitchen inside Brio. It took 30 minutes to get our cheesesteaks. $17 for the driest cheesesteak I’ve ever had. There is a gyro shop in Covington with MUCH better cheesesteaks for half the price. Save yourself the money and headache and skip this place.
