The steak hoagies here are the best I've had and you cant find them in most states. Everytime I travel home I have to stop here and eat. They haven't changed since I was a little girl some 40+ years and from what my father says they haven't changed since he was a child. If you ever find yourself in Newport stop to eat, you won't be disappointed.

Gentlemen on the phone had such a bad attitude so much so, that we didn’t even bother to order. Way to lose business for your company!!

This is the only one left. Been enjoying Pasquale's for over 50 years now. We make the trip down there as often as possible. I always get the Lunch meat hoagies, xcheese, xsauce, xpickles, xonions, extra garlic butter on the bun and well done. We usually buy 6 or 7 so I have a couple for the next day (if they last that long). I share some with the family unless they get something else. They usually eat some as leftovers with me. I'm getting that craving again... Mmmmmmm. I'll get some very soon.Enjoy...

I recently told someone how great Pasquale's is. Last night, after a lifetime of bring a patron, I have to move along...maybe Papa John's. My grandson went in to pick up our order while my son circled the block...our pizzas (2) were so under done the cheese ran off into the box on both of them. We also had a spaghetti and meatballs order and that was barely warm. Never had such a bad result there! And for almost $50.00! AND, no receipt was taped to any of the boxes!

Very low class. Very limited service. Quality of food was terrible. The pizza crust was very tough and chewy and very bland flavor. Very sloppy made. The steak hoagie was so snoopy and way over cooked. You have to buy Pepsi out of a machine because they have no fountain pop to serve the dine in customers. This is a place you go to if your either retarded, drunk,or just plain ignorant. Don't waist your hard earned money.

I have never left a bad review for a restaurant before because I know the effort that goes into maintaining one. But, I recently moved and wanted to try a different pizza place and was really shocked at how truly bad this was. The pizza had a strange flavor I couldn't identify and the cheese was gummy that after two small pieces I took the box out to the garbage. The Italian meat sandwich (which I was going to save for my lunch the next day but had to have for dinner) was burnt, (both top and bottoms of the bread were black) and the meat was black on the edges and of course being so overcooked the sandwich was like cardboard. I tried to eat it, but that too went to the garbage. I also ordered their jalapeno poppers which were also burnt but edible. That's why they got a 2 star and not a 1. But I'll never order from them again.
