The only location we visit. The staff have pride in what they do. Super friendly and quality food. Always a good experience!

Very clean, very attentive, friendly, and sandwich was delicious.

The food was good but the experience wasn't so good. They should stop hiring kids be mindful of who they hire to work for them. it was the blonde hair young lady and the light skin guy with braids 😅 sorry I had to be so specific but I don't want everybody held accountable for those two kids actions. I'm referring to Newport Kentucky location.

Penn Station’s food is great just not from this location. Taking food orders is not Hannah’s best skill set, nor other employees, managers love congregating and joking around when staff is limited and lines are long, and this location refuses to answer the phone. Believe all reviews that talk about the crowdedness, service, etc. that comes from this location!!! This location’s subpar service and experience is different every time!

Let’s start with Hannah……I asked for a chicken philly with onions, mushrooms, peppers, and mayonnaise. She decided to add pizza sauce and mustard. By the way….the bread was soggy. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I called the location and no one answered. The one time I didn’t get my receipt is the one time my lunch hour was ruined. Thanks Hannah for creating your own sub for me try when that was not expected. Thanks to the person “baking bread” as it was to soggy to hold contents. A waste of $23, gas and time. Find another job. Other instances I had were remaking a philly wrap and missing items.

Managers here held a meeting recently during lunch and lines were long and staff was limited. Having a grand old time laughing, looking people in the face and telling customers they’ll jump in to help soon and then walk away. How rude, hold your meetings or in service in peace. Don’t lead on the customer who’s hungry and/or in a rush.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Go somewhere else…..trust it’s worth it

I ordered on line and picked up in store. My sandwich had none of the toppings I asked for so that was disappointing but fries were good as usual.

That was the best food I’ve had in a long time and through DoorDash you all are awesome

The manager was so rude. No meat on my sandwich. Very upsetting. Pop machine just runs it's so nasty. Very dirty.

First of all the workers had no gloves and no hairnets, then the pop machine is jammed it was filthy everywhere there was even ketchup on the pop and napkin despenser food was okay tho atleast.

literally the best penn station. they always get my order right and they know me by name!!! i even stopped coming in for a bit because i was working on my budgeting 😫 but they still all remembered me !!! sweetest people ever at this location :)

Food was great! Fresh & Hot. I ordered on my commute inbetween clients, was short on time and showed up about 7 mins before my pick up time. My food was ready & as soon as i pulled up to the window someone came and acknowledged me. Now that hill at the end of the drive thru is insane... be careful don't ruin your car. Overall great choice for lunch!

Waited 20 mins to get the food I ordered which was one cheesesteak. The 5 people behind me got their food first cause they were dining in.
