Don't order food from this penn station! The employees are rude and like to run their mouth instead of doing their job, not to mention the quality of the food is bad, they are very skimpy on their ingredients. I ordered a large fry and the container was only half full. The whole restaurant is badly managed.

They will charge you for double meat and double cheese. But when you get it home it's not! Then you call the store and the manager says I have to drive all the way across town and bring the sandwich back! And the manager was rude. Also after telling him I put the sandwiches on a scale and they both weighed exactly the same (which one was double meat and cheese) he claimed that the scale means nothing so I'm assuming he didn't finish basic math. Never going back to this restaurant and all of you should find a different one to go to.

Great philly cheese steak but it is pricey and it seems like there bread gets smaller every time. The flavor tho is on point!!!

I placed my order online. Received it and it was wrong. I called the store and I had to bring it back to get it fixed. No mistake of mine but I had to spend my lunch at Penn Station while they fixed their mistake. I didn't receive any apology, I received nothing but a look.? This is not how a customer should be treated.
