Great food, service and atmosphere. If you don’t want to deal with smokers, go literally anywhere else in the Tri-state.

Are you scouting for a 70's diner, maybe your gum shoe detective comes in to talk to an undercover. Ceilings brown from decades of tobacco smoke. Classic dinner benches and bar seats. Decorative molding and railing around a center area for the servers to make coffee. No need to buy a fancy trash can, a left over food bucket serves the purpose just fine.
Quick food. Cheap prices. Great service.

Food was ok. What made it bad was customer smoking in restaurant and no circulation, so all I could do was smell smoke while trying to eat. I don't know if they allow it since he seemed like a regular.

Ok I just ate here and I only give bad reviews if I have bad service the waitress me and my friend had was very I wouldn't say rude but acted like we was bothering her I don't know her name but she had dark brown hair with purple in it and had tattoos and piercings of I went to ask for something she was looking like we was bothering her yea The food was okay I got a lot of fries but the hamburger was undercooked But I don't just go for the food I go for the service as well and I didn't feel welcome so I will not be eating here again and I used to love the pepper pod definitely did not feel welcome I think me and my friend both decided that we're not going to eat here anymore

Really good, classic Italian with a few twists available if you want one. Obviois all of the ingrediants are fresh, and prepared daily. It's always very clean with attentive service. Perfect family place. Far better take-out than the bigger chain places. Support this local business.

Not looking to argue with the business owners on the internet- sharing our honest experience. We witnessed this first hand 08/10/2025 around 12pm.
Yesterday we went for brunch (like we have hundreds of times) but this time we clearly heard the cook and server being openly homophobic. The convo first started with the cook incorrectly claiming a comedian is trans now. The server quite literally went on to tell him she doesn’t like trans or gay people. They both laughed about it. Loud and proud, clear as day. So after 15 years of supporting this place, I’m done. If you are LTBTQIA or just simply have morals, I would rethink supporting this business.
