This is probably the FASTEST Starbucks drive thru I've ever been to. Not just sometimes but EVERYTIME I've come thru this drive thru it's maybe a total of 3 minutes from ordering to pulling away. Everyone I've encountered here has ALWAYS been super upbeat, and friendly. The BEST decision for Bellevue was putting in this Starbucks ⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨ (I gave the food a 4 only bc ive never ordered food from Starbucks?)

I stopped in to grab my first pumpkin spice latte of the season yesterday and noticed that the girl working at the counter (short blonde hair...I wish I would have gotten her name) who was going above and beyond to keep up with orders and a long line, all while being there by herself. She was quick to tell everyone waiting that hadn't ordered, that she would be right with you. She smiled. She even drew a smiley face on my cup. She was sweet as could be, and I just wanted to say that I noticed, and I hope that she's recognized. In this day and age, it's hard to find people who give exemplary customer service. It really can change the dynamic of the service one receives. I know it did for me. Thank you again to this sweet soul working at your Starbucks counter! <3

Features: I come here often, and it's always a good experience. Today I had a new barista and her name was Frankie. She was incredible! Super friendly and personal, and got my drink done very fast. I love the place but today and yesterday they've been out of alot of things I always get a lemonade with strawberry açai and 6 pumps raspberry venti yesterday I had to get grade but today they were out of lemonade and the only size they had was tall so I had to get strawberry açai
