I did a Mobile order, picked up my food and drink, was driving to work for 12 hour shift and saw they put wrong pocket sandwich in my bag. Order on app is correct, and so it is on the bag, but the wrong item was put in there.
I had no time to go back to exchange and the app doesn't offer any kind of refund only says to call the store. Which I did, the dude who answered was rude took my name and hung up on me, then when I call back they hang up on me.

I was excited to come get Starbucks I went to this location that I’ve never tried before. Me and my friend got the same two drinks we get every single time a hot chocolate and an iced vanilla blonde latte with sweet crème cold foam evey Starbucks I go to it’s good. When I got my hot chocolate and coffee it tasted bitter it had no sweet flavor and tasted horrible. The hot chocolate tasted bitter and gross.

I’ve tried to give this location a chance multiple times, and I’m typically not one to complain but I order the same drink at any other location and it’s wonderful! This location is terrible!! I ordered a Caramel ribbon Crunch and it has been a large cup of milk with ice and caramel drizzle blended. Every time I call, they don’t answer the phone and my order has gone unfixed. I’m very busy and don’t have time to wait 30 minutes for them to fix the order because they take a long time completing orders correctly when there’s more than 2 people in line.

The app says they do curbside delivery, but they don't, and no one will tell you that before you order curbside delivery. I checked in for curbside when I got here, waited 10 minutes before going in and seeing my coffee sitting on the counter. It's not too much of an inconvenience but if you don't do curbside delivery, take it off as an option.
