I was excited to come get Starbucks I went to this location that I’ve never tried before. Me and my friend got the same two drinks we get every single time a hot chocolate and an iced vanilla blonde latte with sweet crème cold foam evey Starbucks I go to it’s good. When I got my hot chocolate and coffee it tasted bitter it had no sweet flavor and tasted horrible. The hot chocolate tasted bitter and gross.

I’ve tried to give this location a chance multiple times, and I’m typically not one to complain but I order the same drink at any other location and it’s wonderful! This location is terrible!! I ordered a Caramel ribbon Crunch and it has been a large cup of milk with ice and caramel drizzle blended. Every time I call, they don’t answer the phone and my order has gone unfixed. I’m very busy and don’t have time to wait 30 minutes for them to fix the order because they take a long time completing orders correctly when there’s more than 2 people in line.

The app says they do curbside delivery, but they don't, and no one will tell you that before you order curbside delivery. I checked in for curbside when I got here, waited 10 minutes before going in and seeing my coffee sitting on the counter. It's not too much of an inconvenience but if you don't do curbside delivery, take it off as an option.

I ordered three items on the app.all three were wrong. When I brought it to the attention, the level of courtesy was mediocre. The staff all seem like nice people. I think they need some training.

Some starbucks locations absolutely kill it with their friendly service. Young man at colerain location is an absolute well mannered well spoken young man. Makes any visit a pleasant one
My daughter and I have been to this location a couple of times to pick up our Summer Berry drink that most of the other stores are out of and we have not encountered any issues. Our drinks have been perfect!

Service is okay, but they have a large group of older men that sit outside and watch the females going in. Like they have patio chairs and all they personally have. Doesn’t make Starbucks look good

Employees were extremely rude to me, threw a fit when I asked kindly and not accusing them if they may have accidentally missed my coffee order because I waited 30 minutes and when they did get to my order it was incorrect and no one ever apologized. Me and my kids usually come to this location every Saturday to hang out and have coffee and food since it is my local Starbucks but I no longer feel comfortable being there

If I’m paying high prices for a latte, I expect the cup to be full. Ridiculous that I ordered 2 and I couldn’t even make a full cup out of both. Unacceptable!
