saw a cockroach here the other day on the ground next to me as I was ordering. I would never go out of my way to write a review like this but I was utterly disgusted because I've gone to this location like at least 5 times over this past year. It was absolutely one of those very small, brown cockroaches, the infestation type. I would not be surprised if the workers knew considering if you've ever had to deal with these particular insects, you know they multiple greatly and rapidly especially around food. Came home and stripped my clothes immediately and got into the shower. Subway is ruined for me now, lol.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and my order is incorrect, I called, they told me to bring my sandwich back. I told them I don’t drive. A refund of my money would be great, as I am ALLERGIC to olives
Mr. Patel, the owner, is the nicest man! He brought catering to our facility as his mom was a resident here previously and he thought about us. Sandwiches were fresh and absolutely delicious and our staff, whole team and residents thank you!!

Best Subway EVER!!! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, it's likely just disgruntled folks. I've been going here for three months and the food is constantly fresh, the customer service is perfect, extremely friendly and professional staff.

We put in an online order and the website was having severe issues. I drove 20 minutes and got there before the order finished processing.
The order came in and they started it, then someone else came in and they stopped my order, knowing I was here and took their order and made it and are just now getting back to ours. Three employees, but only one working the line until after the the gal finished the other peoples order. One person came to help finally. Then they didnt even say sorry for the delay. They acted like everything was perfect on their end.
They seemed offended when I mentioned that stopping my order while I was there to take another two people's order was quite rude.
Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

WORSE SUBWAY IN NKY!!! I did a pick up order and sent my daughter to get it because I'm had my cancer treatments today. She goes in they claim they didn't get it. She calls me while still there I tell her the confirmation number which she repeats to them. They just stood there smiling at her. Didn't write it down nothing. So I called them myself give them the confirmation number and he says oh we just got it in... right. Then the wait on 6 ppl who came in after her when ours should've been ready when she got there. Sadly can't complain to a higher up because the receipt they gave me does not have a store number on it. Oh and I had already tipped them when I paid online. They suck and the bread is always chewy!
