They rationing everything there like it comes out their paycheck. Don’t get the nacho cheese unless u just want a table spoon in your cup

OK DOORDASHED A CRUNCH WRAP AND PAID AN EXTRA DOLLAR FOR AN AVOCADO VERDE PACKET TO GET NO SAUCE AND I ASKED FOR A BAJA FREEZE AND GOT A REGULAR. LOCK IN TACO BELL

I have never met a ruder person then Faith. When I asked her why she was being rude she said Bye, Bye over and over. She said we are back up thats why she being rude. Busy is no reason and they were not busy. I was never rude in the 20 years I spent in food service. Our bag was missing items. She asked us to park and come back thru the driveway in 2 mins. Thats wierd. She rushed the ordering. Each item we added she seems more aggressive and would say Is that all. Im traveling but I wont travel back to this Taco Bell again. Faith is one of the worse customer service members i have ever met. She doesnt belong at the front She not friendly, helpful, patience. Shame on her.

I Went to dine in and ended up getting takeout for lack of time, but this place Smelled so horrible. And the service matched. I understand maybe being out of a drink but getting attitude with me because I said that they were out of eight of their 12 options is unacceptable. I won’t be going back myself I’d rather Go hungry on my lunch.

Taco Bell advertises breakfast and will even let you order it on the app but in reality once you show up they say they didn’t do breakfast. Probably have gotten breakfast once out of the ten times I’ve tried to get it in the morning just to be told they’re not doing it… if people couldn’t drink or get high I truly think this place wouldn’t exist… only time it taste good
We ordered a bean burrito which SUPPOSED TO BE GRILLED AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN GRILLED IT and when I was eating, THERE WAS A LONG BLACK HAIR IN MY BRURRITO, it was so disgusting I had to throw it away and my $10 WASTED I would not prefer this Taco Bell at all because anything but hair in your food is the disgusting thing in the world.

I just wanted to write a review because I know people are more inclined to give negative reviews than positive ones. I work nearby and go to Taco Bell on hard days where I need something quick. I always have the best experience here. The workers are very efficient and constantly moving around and prepping/taking orders, etc. Additionally, they always start out the order by asking how I am, which is so friendly compared to other drive thrus. The food at this location is delicious!! I’ve always received the correct order. The workers also always ask if I want to donate. I can tell they are very well trained and it’s always a uniform experience. It’s fast and delicious. I just wanted to say good job, keep it up! I know these jobs rarely get thank you’s and probably deal with a lot of difficult situations. Thank you for showing up, and thank you for doing a great job.

I ordered food on DoorDash and apparently it was stolen, the dasher messaged me letting me know what was happened and informed me that they were rude about it and refuse to remake it so DoorDash had to cancel it. I then called them and they proceeded to be rude from the second I call them and when I asked why they wouldn’t remake it they started yelling at me saying the order needs to be placed again on DoorDash, but if I would’ve cancelled it myself I wouldn’t of got a full refund.

We went through drive-thru this evening (11/16/25).
ordered 2 SOFT supreme tacos, a CHERRY pepsi and a gatorade. Got hard shell tacos, a plain pepsi and a cherry gatorade. bottom of gatorade was filled with cherry flavor. No answer when I called, which is both ridiculous and unlike this location.
Wish the GM of this Newport Taco Bell would shoot me an email, this experience left much to be desired.

Staff are rude for no reason. I don’t eat Taco Bell so when I called a chalupa a burrito I could hear them scream something on the intercom. Pulled up to the window a lady opened it while another staff member smirked at me from behind her while she made it a point to tell me it’s not a burrito. I said okay… it’s for my husband. I’m having a very hard week and that was the last thing I needed. Just make the CHALUPA and move on to the next order 🙄

Restaurant was clean - visually saw staff helping an older woman and cleaning tables which was nice.
However food was terrible. Barely any meat on what i ordered and I paid for extras on items that weren't added.

Pulled up and employee lied and claimed it would be a 10 minute wait. Ordered extra beef on my food, didnt recieve it so I complained, and still got the weakest beef you wouldnt even feed your dogs with. Maybe enough beef for a housefly's dessert.
