The grilled smores doughnut and the grilled cinnamon doughnut was scrumptious! Warm, ooey gooey and full of fun flavors. Sweet, soft but crunchy. I wish we had one of these restaurants in Michigan!

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch on gluten free bread and it was delicious! The best gluten free sandwich I've had away from home. My kids also loved their gluten free sandwich with vegan cheese.

I enjoyed my sandwich ( turkey & pesto ) a lot, but the weak link was the gluten free bread choice. It tasted alright, but I felt a little jipped considering the size of the sandwich with normal bread was fairly bigger.
Creamy tomato soup! No one can make it better than these guys. Pair it with a hot sandwich, I got the fig and goat cheese sandwich and asked to add mushrooms to it. SO GOOD! It's all I wanted on a cold rainy weeknight. The service is fast, you can be in and out within a few mins. I'd recommend dining in instead of take out since this food is at its tastiest when hot. The location in Newport is perfect since there are multiple seating options - inside and outside. You can also go catch a movie after a quick bite or take a walk by the river. The staff was friendly, made recommendations and were happy to modify my sandwich the way I liked it. I will certainly come back!

A very nice place to eat after visiting the aquarium. They have a lot of seating available, including a lot of larger tables that are perfect for families.They serve Pepsi products here (that's an immediate bonus for me).My fiance really loved his buffalo chicken melt. He said his Mac and cheese was decent but left something to be desired. I liked my bacon and cheese melt, but the cheese was a bit overpowering so it wasn't quite as bacon-y as I expected (don't get it twisted, though -- it was still delicious). The Mac and Chee donut was... Bizarre. It's not something that I would order again, but I'm glad I tried it and I would recommend others try it too.The prices weren't bad for what we got, and we received our order very quickly. They had Cartoon Network playing on the televisions and soft music playing, making a good atmosphere.

So this is a tough one to write. Every time I go to the aquarium I always want to try this place. Finally did today!! Looks cute when we come in, order at register, get a number, sit down and your food is brought to your table. Sandwich was a good size, soup was tasty!! Not blow your socks off, but good! Here's where it went south. I used the bathroom after. The bathroom is literally like a 50 year old gas station bathroom. Strange particles around the bowl and seat, the floor is gross. The walls are gross. I am pretty sure they have forgotten about this bathroom since they opened. Then I was looking around after I left there. The whole restaurant is pretty neglected as far as cleanliness goes. The walls are badly beat up like as if WWE competes here weekly. So now I am questioning if I will end up back on the commode in an hour....

Tom n Chee, where grilled cheese meets donut - a concept so unique you simply have to experience it to believe it! Discovered after a thrilling scooter ride around Cinci/Newport and having caught the spotlight on Shark Tank, it beckoned us in for a culinary adventure. Nestled in a charming location surrounded by activities and food options, we decided to give it a go for a quick bite. Admittedly, the place was quiet on a Sunday, but that didn't dampen our spirits. The classic grilled cheese donut and the special, and s'mores grilled cheese donut, were both wonderfully unique. Personally leaning towards savory, the classic won me over, but the s'mores version was a sweet revelation. While Tom n Chee might not become a regular stop on my route, the experience was undeniably fun and well worth the detour. Grilled cheese and donuts - a match made in culinary heaven!
