Great coffee, great service
We had an excellent bacon egg and cheese croissant! Will definitely be back for another.

Cool coffee nook inside a bike and repair shop. Great flavors. I had a Raspberry Espresso Lemonade.
Seats 4 at bar + 4 at table + a window / sidewalk counter. All good, no complaints.
Trailhead is always open! The Barista will remember your name and there is always local coffee that will blow your socks off. Highly recommend. My favorite is the cappuccino!

My husband goes to get me a nice coffee.
Customer service was terrible. He ordered a hot coffee- mocha latte. The batista delivered to him an iced coffee. Mistakes happen and are no big deal...but not to this barista. She wanted him to know that he had ordered the iced, so just take it. He tried to be overly nice and literally said to her, because she was being extremely mean, Look lady I'll pay for both, if need be, but I need the right one. She was like, you saw me write it down! Iced coffee! He said, how ? could I see what you were writing past the window?
Very much hassle and so mean for no reason. We eventually got the hot Cafe and didn't have to pay for 2 but why berate your customers?

Coffee was OK, but won't be back due to unfriendly customer service. Staff person making the drinks and taking the order seemed unhappy to be there.

Cute little walk up coffee shop inside a bicycle shop. I had an Americano and my son, a green tea and they was delicious. The employee was so nice with smiles for days. If I head back to Cincinnati I will stop here again. We walked from the Hampton Inn in Newport, about a 10 min walk. Prices were fantastic as well

We're always looking for a new coffee place and this one has a different vibe than most. Inside a bike shop, there's plenty to look at while you wait, but there's only a few seats. It's best suited for a party of two or less. They sell North South Baking pastries, so you can't lose. They offer waffles that look delicious, but haven't tried them yet.

Very weird vibes. I came in with my girlfriend in a Sunday morning and there was only 3 people there and no one acknowledged us even after we sat at the bar for 10 minutes. We then left, also to no acknowledgment.

Possible owner/manager using loud foul language in store when talking to other employees and have rude looks to customers. Coffee was ok.

I have business meetings over coffee. After a terrible experience at a coffee shop on Monmouth, Trailhead became an option. What a great place. Sure there’s the sidewalk window, it’s the cozy indoor seats that make it perfect for businessThe great coffee and friendly folks means it’s a staple.

One of the best lattes I've ever had! The croissants were amazing, and they were super patient with my two-year-old who was not so patient waiting for that croissant!
