I was working remotely with a co-worker in Newport today and suggested Webb's for lunch. I'm already a fan, but it was the first time visiting for my Cincy colleague. We had the brisket and the smoked and breaded wings. Everything was tasty and delicious- I especially loved the collard greens today which were seasoned perfectly. The overall vibe is casual and authentic with a warm sense of community. Regulars were popping in and out raving about their Friday cravings...
We came in an hour before closing and many of the options were sold out but what we got was A-mazing. We got so many delicious ribs we didnt know what to do. Two portions of sides was enough food for an army!
I don’t have enough nice things to say about Webb’s BBQ. We moved in right across the street a couple of weeks ago, and from day one, they’ve welcomed us with open arms. We stopped in on our first Friday after moving in and were immediately drawn in by the warmth of the staff. The people are incredibly kind, the hospitality is unmatched, and the food speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a solid BBQ spot, Webb’s is the one—I couldn’t recommend them more.
