Ordered online from this location didn’t get any of the food I ordered. Came back inside to get it and the MANAGER even knew she didn’t give it to me and read off everything I didn’t get and now I have to wait 20 more minutes for them to make it correctly. But want to be paid more than 12$ an hour. It’s laughable really.

The service was subpar with the person taking my order seeming like she had a chip on her shoulder. They forgot my baked potato and when i asked for no ranch they put ranch on it. Usually im not one to complain when my order is wrong because mistakes happen but with the prices they charge it should be perfect. As the meal cost almost 40 dollars.

Kids working who didn't seem interested in doing anything. Manager took my order and I was in mid sentence and someone else walked up and he walked away to help them. He didn't even say anything just walked away from me to them and someone else picked up where he left off. So I had to start over.

Clearly, Wendy's has went way, way, downhill, and that is so so sad, bc I used to consider them a little better quality and service than most. Almost $11 for the spicy chicken 🐔 combo!! WTH?? Crazy!! McDs is under $9 for their signature sandwich combo. Anyways....
The dining room was pretty clean. It all but said they were closed, chairs on the table, garbage being taken out, etc. They were still 2hrs from closing.
Nuggets were burnt, drive thru person was incredibly rude, no sauce in bag even asked at the window and was told it was in there. Go to any of the other fast food in Newport.

There's a lot of wendy's in the world. Go to those instead. They put this weird creepy oil stuff on my food, and then put it in the bag upside down/unclosed. It dumped a huge amount of oil. It contaminated my car, the other food the drink carrier.... it all smells like this disgusting garlic vomit. And they would have "fixed" it if I had the time to go back, which I don't.That's why I went to a fast food place. This is the third awful food in the last four visits here. Go elsewhere.

I was told they don't give out receipts anymore because their "machine" is broken and they don't know who to call to fix it. Irritates me because I save all my receipts to balance my checking account and because who knows what was charged to my account.
