There's a lot of wendy's in the world. Go to those instead. They put this weird creepy oil stuff on my food, and then put it in the bag upside down/unclosed. It dumped a huge amount of oil. It contaminated my car, the other food the drink carrier.... it all smells like this disgusting garlic vomit. And they would have "fixed" it if I had the time to go back, which I don't.That's why I went to a fast food place. This is the third awful food in the last four visits here. Go elsewhere.

I was told they don't give out receipts anymore because their "machine" is broken and they don't know who to call to fix it. Irritates me because I save all my receipts to balance my checking account and because who knows what was charged to my account.

Went through the drive through ordered a single combo- no cheese, fries and a frozen coke. The person on the intercom sounded either drunk or stoned. I received…. A cold single with cheese. Cold fries and a large Coke. I was never asked what size I wanted my meal…when handed the coke, I said I ordered a frozen coke they then said we don’t carry that. I just took the meal…disgusted when it was cold and wrong! I put it all in the trash after the first bite. I will never eat at a Wendy’s again

My family of 8, loves Wendy’s. I even order through the app to make it easier for them to get it correct. The last 2 times I have been which was on night shift. The first time I ordered a BACON double stack got home to eat WRONG! Call manager says we will replace come back. Go back get my new burger. I didn’t check before leaving since they knew I was coming. Well sad get home WRONG again. Call again and the manager says oh it was rung in wrong sorry nothing we can do and hangs up. Go back again on night shift and this time it was 3 burgers (which are $3.99 a piece). Manager apologized and I say this is a problem clearly you aren’t doing your job and neither are your line workers. I asked for upper management so I can explain this issue. She says the phone down and talks shit. I told if you’re going to talk about people at least mute the phone. At that point I was mad went back and spoke with Sarah who was at the window taking money and she was the nicest and made sure that my burgers were done correctly. By the time I got home my fires and everything else was gross.

Went last night thru drive thru young boy who handed food out was rude try get straws for frosty he walked away from window young lady at window didn't even greet us was there at around 8 pm don't recommend no one they was out of chilli so they say fries was hard as rock chicken had no lettuce cheeseburger had bacon order plain for my dog nuggets were hard as rock and double stacks sloppy as hell and bacon double had only one piece of bacon drive thru must like bacon 😂😂

Was there at 10:10 for breakfast because google says they serve breakfast till 10:30 but they said they "was out of breakfast" 5 cats ahead of me pulled off because of this as well. Please update google for correct time! I drove 15 mins away for nothing. Will not be returning to this location!

Lady working the drive thru was rude and complaining loudly about her work. Did not give the frosty that came with the meal while rolling her eyes after I asked about it. I’ve been to this location many times and have not had this experience.
