We had Jenny as our server and she was phenomenal. She had a great personality and was very concerned about our table and keeping our drinks, etc. We will definitely come back not just cause the food is great but because of the great service.

Really disappointing. Kimchi in the kimchi fried rice was inedibly sour. Tonkatsu wasn't cut through and the breading fell off almost completely by the time it reached the table. Tempura vegetables were overbreaded and oily. Grilled squid was overcooked (and kinda small).

I guess the hibachi must be good, otherwise I don't know why anyone eats here twice, especially when there's so much good Japanese food in Lexington. I highly recommend Michikusa off Richmond Rd. I also recommend School Sushi, Zen Sushi, Tachibana, Zundo/Toko, Osaka, and others over this place.

This place is always good!!

First time, was a great visit, food atmosphere, and service was great. Would highly recommend, but can't promise your experience would be the same. But I did have a nice time, in a group of 9.

I’ve been to hibachi style restaurants before, but this was the best one so far. The chef put on a good show, and and was very friendly, the Mongolian beef was seasoned wonderfully, and the sushi roll I got was delicious. An excellent experience all around.

We had an enjoyable lunch on Asuka's patio yesterday instead of at the hibachi grill and ordered off the dine-in menu. We tried two Bento boxes. One with chicken and the other with salmon. The chicken tasted as good as having it right off the grill and the salmon was exceptional. We had Japanese dumplings and spring rolls as appetizers and California and Spicy Crab sushi rolls as well. Miso soup, salad with ginger dressing and steamed rice are included. The value is outstanding. We will be back with friends soon.

Jenny is always an absolute delight. I have been coming here for a little over a year now , and I am always so delight to have her as my server. He is so sweet and extremely personable. She always has such an upbeat attitude about her. I would highly recommend to ask for her on your next adventure here!

While we were still sitting there eating the birthday cake I brought for my son, they came over and sprayed some heavy duty cleaning stuff on the grill and it had a bad smell with lots of smoke. I made a comment that it smelled bad and it was smoky and they went over and turned on the fan and continue to clean on the big girl in front of us while we were still staying there trying to finish our birthday cake.. they were rushing us to leave, and it felt like a very unpleasant experience. They were very inconsiderate to come over and start cleaning while we were still sitting at the table. I do not want to go back.

They bought new chairs and they were too low. Had the table top just below my chin. Very uncomfortable dining.

Was disappointed in food tonight. Two entrees were barely warm. Beef was tough and shrimp was chewy and very sweet. We wondered if recipes have been changed. Very disappointing.
