I tend to have a similar experience at all Burger King restaurants. The food is decent but the staff is usually rude or very inattentive. Seems like a common issue. Maybe if the employees were better compensated they may have a better disposition to the customers.

Don't order delivery (NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT THEY DONT SEND ALL OF ORDER) then when called them said had to contact doordash ,biscuit an gravy was cold hash brown soggy.CALLED DQ VERY UNCOOPERATIVE THEN JUST SAYING CALL DOOR DASH. I WILL.Door Dash driver brought drink back but as said was not their fault.

Went there about year ago my son was sick I took a picture of the menu and sent it to him they thru me out said I wasn't allowed to take pictures still gave me my cold undercooked food haven't been back

You will wait 10 to 15 minutes on every order while you sit out front in the parking lot, even if you order ahead. They turn all the lights off past dark, they told me it keeps people away because they assume we’re closed.

The floor was nasty, trash under soda machine. Went to the counter to get an ice cream the assistant manager was the only one close by, she was playing on her cell phone, took a while to get her attention. Sorry place to eat. ???

There is this one bigger white guy that works here and is an absolute sweetheart, he's really nice but there is this one black girl who is an absolute jerk for no reason. She has a big attitude problem and doesn't not need to be working in fast food and dealing with people.

Extremely rude staff, forgets to ring up part of order then slams window multiple times instead of fixing the issue tells us she won’t ring it up for us and then said she needs to get her line moving and slams the window again , extremely rude attitude from the second she opened the window if you hate your job find a new one.
