Just had a top-shelf customer service experience at Burger King®️ #20638 in Nicholasville. From A-Z, Ms. Ashleigh helped make this drive-thru experience perhaps one of the best, ever! She helped an Old(en) guy with fading memory & vision get exactly what my HoneyWife wanted, and in record time, too! #TwoThumbsUp #TopShelfCustomerService
Flame grilled is amazing
Chicken sandwich if fresh is good. They need to use better lettuce instead of bits and pieces.

Burger King serves decent food, including the popular Impossible Whopper, with a wide drink and dessert selection. While some customers have reported rude or inattentive staff, others have had a positive experience with hot and fresh food served in a timely manner. The restaurant has ample parking, is kid-friendly, and has wheelchair accessibility, but cleanliness in the restrooms can be an issue.
