Drive thru order taker is awful. Kept skipping lane one while tether cars in lane two got through. Last at the window blamed it on whoever was taking orders at the other window. Smh so annoying and disrespectful!
This is my second time on nightshift in the past yearish, and the hours for this location still don't seem to be correct. I always look before going so I don't if they aren't open. Stopped today cause it said 24 hours, its a little before 1am, drive through sign was on, pulled up to the window and asked the lady and she signaled they were closed....all I ask is for the hours to be right so I know my options on my way home.
Edit: not 24 hour Friday either...

McDonald's is a quick and reliable spot for a meal, with both drive-thru and in-store options available. Customers have experienced good customer service, with surprises like free items given for wait times. On the downside, some encountered communication issues at the drive-thru, and service through the computer system can be frustrating, as there is no one to take orders directly, and it can be hard to find staff at the register. However, for those who did mobile orders or visited in person, their food was promptly brought out, hot, fresh, and served quickly. Some reviews mention that the food quality has improved, with comments about good food and friendly staff, making the experience enjoyable again. Overall, many found that good fast food and good service are still possible at this location.
