Been several times since Open. Excellent food and customer service. Hope it stays this way!

Not all staff but one staff member was extremely rude and made me feel like just leaving my food and not paying once I got the food back home it was cold by the time I got back the steak is just chewy can't even bite into it sour cream tasted expired and extremely liquidy

Like every other Chipotle. Steak so tough you need a katana to cut through it and extremely chewy. Good taste no doubt. I dont blame the staff because there again. It's every Chipotle. Subpar meat at premium price. No thanks.

Asked multiple times about adding tortillas on the side. They said they would, asked again mid line. He said he will. Asked again if they put it in the bag, as I had my head down while paying and didnt see if maybe they did. They said yes we put it in. Came home. They did not. Food was also cold. We ate very soon after receiving. I was the only person in line, not like they were busy. Need to train their staff better.

I don’t know what went down last night, but today, portions were spot on, staff was very pleasant - no complaints!

Chips were stale for the third visit at this new location. Food portions are never accurate and when told about extra food not in chicken bowl was just handed a small bowl of rice. Very unprofessional and not trained well.

The staff was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I can tolerate rudeness. We all have rough days sometimes. But on top of that, it’s like they purposely reduced their portions because I mentioned the attitude. Definitely won’t be back

Don’t go to the new Chipotle on Keene Road!!!

We did a mobile order and the food was ice cold and half the normal portion. We took it back and the manager was the rudest person I have ever seen. My husband stayed calm to explain what happened. This guy called him a liar and started yelling at him in front of 20 or more people including children. Several people left because of the way this guy was yelling at my husband. They ended up not fixing anything then the guy told my husband he was trespassing. We were not the only ones in there with issues with their food.

We called customer service and they were not much help either.By

Food is delicious. I got a chicken bowl with chips and guac. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Currently confusing how to actually get to the restaurant from the road but that is no fault on Chipotle. Will be eating here again
