Disappointing experience with our take-out order today. We ordered two box combos, but both were missing coleslaw. We understand mistakes happen, but when we returned to inform them, they only provided one coleslaw, not two. The staff's response left a lot to be desired, making us feel unvalued as customers. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
The line outside wrapped around the building and it was moving at a decent pace, but I chose to go in to place my order and use the restroom. It was very clean and the cashier was very polite.

This place never fails to deliver quality food and service, but for the love of everything stop forcing your employees to stand outside in the sun and take orders for drive-thru. I just want to order at the menu board and go home.
