This place is incredible!! Love, love, love, the food and atmosphere. The menu offers choices for every dietary need or preference. The portions are huge, so be prepared for a to-go box.

The copper grill was awful food. i never thought a restaurant could mess up a salad but they did. We were a party of 5 and every one's food was subpar. Would not recommend and of course we won't be back. My son actually had been there years ago and it was not good and he eats out all the time and he didn't go back either. We did not complain we just ate what we could and no one in our party said anything to each other until later.

This was our first time here. The place is gorgeous inside! Our waiter I think his name was Justin was AMAZING!! he was attentive and very nice. Our problem comes with the food and the amount of time we waited. Once we ordered it took 30 minutes to get our side salads and 40 minutes to get our appetizer, which our waiter told us they were short staffed in the kitchen we didn’t complain just went along with it. The appetizer didn’t taste fresh it tasted soggy and old. Then maybe 20-25 minutes later we finally got our food which was half right half wrong. None of the steak was cooked the way we asked, but we didn’t send it back as we didn’t want to wait another half hour or longer for it back.

Overall very unimpressed and sad about this experience.

Nice place to eat. Husband ordered ribeye. It was cooked to his liking. I had soup and salad. Salad was fresh and frispy. Potato soup is different. It's not the think soup kind, more like watery. Very little potato pieces. I left more than half of it. Wait staff was very kind and attentive.

You can tell when you pull in you're paying for the location, not the quality. Ordered a medium rare steak, came bleu. Pretty disappointed overall.

The last few trips we’ve taken to Copper River have been great experiences, between the service and the food, this time being no exception. The food was great per usual, but what truly stood out today was our server, Vina. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well taken care of from start to finish, and she did just that. Vina was kind and attentive, without being overbearing and just an all around absolute pleasure. We definitely be back to see her!
