Copper River Grill

So for starters, my beautiful servers name is Vina. If you go there, ask for her! She is such a wonderful lady! (Tip her well! She deserves it! You'll see!)
Secondly, I've always wanted to go to Copper River ever since it opened 20 years ago. Finally after all this time, my husband and I were spending time in Nicholasville and I asked since we had the time, if we could go somewhere to eat. My husband agreed but said he wasn't sure where. I knew exactly where. Lol.
After driving from Paris, Ky we were hungry. We found a great parking spot, went into the restaurant and the greeter there was so polite and sweet. She seated us within seconds of being there. We sat in a roomie booth near a tall fire pit and we were immediately greeted by our server, Vina. She began to explain the menus to us and the drink list. She also complimented my husband's shirt choice. Lol. She left the table and got our drinks and hurried back to us. Then have us a couple more minutes to look at the menu and to make our minds up. Believe me, they have a wonderful selection of food to choose from! So difficult to get just one thing. You want to taste them all! I chose the club sandwich with fries and my husband chose the 10 oz sirloin with loaded potatoes. Within our first bites we were hooked on how good the food was. My husband made the comment that he wished they had a closer location because they have just became a favorite to him.
When it came time to go, I ordered 2 pieces of cheese cake with strawberry and cream. Vina, our server, brought it to us and she talked to us for a few minutes and then I paid our bill. Just before we left we exchanged names and goodbyes.
Y'all, I'm telling you... This place, the food, the service is WORTH IT! SO GOOD!!

I had a terrible experience! Ordered salmon, broccoli and Caesar salad . 6-8 hrs later I was belching the salmon and felt nausea. Ran to the bathroom and had diarrhea 3 times and throwing up !!! I feel the salmon was bad and had a weird taste after eating it. I won't be back !!

I used to really like eating here, but yesterday I unfortunately came home with food poisoning from the burger I ate. This was the only meal I had yesterday, so I know it was the culprit. Be cautious if you decide to eat here.

Excellent salads, yummy hot bacon salad dressing, chicken Alfredo , too much heavy sauce. Fried shrimp were good but disappointed as they were small, delicious croissant and loaded baked potato. Nice atmosphere, above average service

Clean restaurant, great food, everything is great. You must try the salad with House dressing, "honey-mustard/hot bacon combination"
