There are restaurants that are good sometimes. And then there are restaurants that are good every time! El Rio Grande in Nicholasville is 100% the latter. Restaurant usually have issues being consistent with their dish preparation and presentation. It smelled beautifully clean when we walked in at about 530p on Wednesday. Not super busy. Easy going, attentive staff and our waiter was just a hunk ? and he's on top of it too!! Food was amazing as it looked, can't wait go back. I live in Lexington but this is worth the trip on its own ??Eat good. Tip good. Live good. ?

I really like our new restaurant here in Nicholasville, the staff is amazingly nice and helpful. The restaurant is clean and decorated properly for the dining experience. The food has been very tasty and hot every time I have ordered. I am going back to try the drinks sometime and will report back on my findings.
