Came here Wednesday October 16 at 7:10pm and they were CLOSED. I called the resteuant and knocked on the door to ask why. No one answered. They were scheduled to close at 9pm. Can someone tell me why this is the case? They have lost my business indefinitely.

Unbelievable that I would place an order online and when I come in to pick it up when they tell me it's going to be ready they gave it to somebody else. So then I have to wait in line over another 10 minutes for my sandwiches to be made which we're supposed to already be ready for me to pick up when I walked in the door. Nicholasville Firehouse subs is getting worse by the day
Everything good every time

Went in at noon. I had two separate orders: First was an Italian for a coworker. Got back to office, it was a different sandwich entirely. Second separate order was a gluten-free allergy turkey & provolone. After a while they said they had no gluten free bread. I said refund my $2 for the gluten free roll, then just give me the sandwich fixings on a bed of lettuce, prepared gluten free. When I got back to office, it was a ham-salami on wheat, had to throw it out. Left hungry and out $9
This has nothing to do with the food but just the rudeness and unnecessary behavior the workers have showed while I was deciding what order to place .. I overheard a conversation this morning between 3 girls being had about who was on break or what not & a young African American lady responded to the question n said she hadn’t gotten a break and I don’t think she was saying it out of spite she was answering a question in a conversation she was having when another worker heavier set chimed in and said to her rudely she doesn’t get a break for working 4 hours you don’t get that privilege.. I was absolutely floored at the way she said that to the little girl .. regardless of it that was her manager or what you don’t speak to people that way .. I could tell the little girl wanted to start crying I just felt so bad. You all need to teach your workers on how to work together and be respectful to each other what I witnessed was not okay if I was that little girl I would’ve walked out and quit . Bullying is not okay.

I ordered from this chain only a few times online, the food is good. The Nicholasville location definitely makes your meals a lot quicker than Eagle Creek, which was very slow. The workers are friendly. However, I don't appreciate a lack of substance in the buns. I'm talking about 2 inches on either side of the bun is just some sauce, nothing else, no meat, no cheese. That's 4 inches of just bread ends.... This yields my large sandwich really as a medium sandwich with extra bread. I find that the advertising pictures show the toppings reaching, if not, spilling out all sides? But this has not been the case in reality. Please also consider redefining what "light" means on sauce portions... Overall I will try again sometime and hope Firehouse will give proper portions of toppings and less of the sauce when instructed.

First customer through the door today, was greeted by employee. While I'm waiting another person walks in and they decide to take his order before mine. Not a place I would return too poor customer service
