I usually like Little Caesars for a quick and easy pizza, but my last visit was really disappointing. The employee, Emily, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes and spoke to me with an attitude like I was bothering her. She didn’t seem interested in helping at all and acted like she didn’t want to be there.
I understand everyone has rough days, but good customer service should still be part of the job. The experience completely ruined my visit, and I left without even wanting the food. I hope the management takes this seriously and reminds their staff how to treat customers with basic respect.
To continue the story I’ve never written a review before, but this visit really crossed the line. The worker named Keaton was handling pizza without washing his hands — I literally saw him touch his face and phone, then go straight back to making food. That’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable, especially when you’re working around food.
To make things worse, when I tried to mention it to another employee, Emily, she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and brushed me off. Between her rude attitude and Keaton’s lack of hygiene, I honestly lost my appetite.
This location seriously needs better training and management oversight. If employees can’t even follow basic health and cleanliness rules, customers deserve to know. I won’t be coming back until things improve.

One time they put up a sign promising that the $5 Hot n Ready would come back once food prices came back down. That was $5.55 in 2020.
Now it’s $7.99, and we never saw another $5 pizza. The signs quietly disappeared, along with our hopes and dreams.

Place is always great, only bad thing is the wait time for food that isn't prepared to just grab and go, which is understandable, they won't have wings cooked waiting for someone to just come in. Staff is great and very friendly, cute girl in the drive through very friendly and definitely will be a returning customer

Don’t plan for your pizza to be ready when they tell you it will be. Don’t trust the emails saying it’s done. Went to pick up and they “lost” the order was the claim. Waited another 30 minutes before they bothered to make new ones.

I usually don’t complain about food but in the past 4-5 months the crazy bread from this location is not good. Over cooked and no Parmesan on any of the bread. This makes me not want to order there anymore if it’s a habitual problem.

Look at this greasy ass pizza and also you gave me the wrong pizza I had to drive all the way back a get the right one. Y’all need to lock in. Greasy ass pizza about to have me sick.
