We are currently in the drive-through lane and I noticed that the lobby appears to be closed, and an employee is sitting cross-legged smoking in front of the entrance door. Really? You can’t open, and it’s no longer to be blamed in Covid, but you can smoke there? Talk about diminishing service……..sad look McDonalds. Don’t know who owns this franchise, but you can tell that they don’t care.
The manager was very nice. However, a disgruntled male employee in the kitchen was cussing loudly and everyone could hear the eff word in the dining room. Calm down young man. 8/21/26
