I am super disappointed with your location today. I am a regular customer to this location and today I ordered the BBQ brisket burger, heavy on the brisket. The creepy sandwich i got was a whopper with a PINCH of brisket. Had to pay an$2 to get the heavy brisket. I can't believe you would do this to a customer. I really thought better of your location than this. I am attaching the photo of my order and sandwich. Pathetic. Get better.

The food was ice cold, the FF & O-Rings were ALL half full and just take a look at the whopper & Original Chicken Sandwich photos I attached.
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! $80+ for 6 people and no one was satisfied. They don’t look like the photos on tv or on their website.
Dropped in during the dinner rush (5:00pm - 5:45pm) to try out the Impossible Whopper which was alright. I couldn't help but notice the great communication between all the workers. It was a breath of fresh air seeing how cohesive the young men and women working together were. I also overheard the manager audibly checking on if everyone was doing ok, during the rush.
