“I love ice cream, I normally don’t go to places to eat ice cream, I get it from the grocery store. But when I do… I go to this cold stone, I love their strawberry blonde!! This store does get very busy. They definitely have some youngsters working there… but kids have to learn how to handle stressful situations, so I deal. Some folks in these reviews must’ve forgotten when they were once young and having a custom service job. Nonetheless Miss Layla does the best she can and she’s a delight. I appreciate her attentiveness to my detail of my order. If you go to this store… ask for Layla.“

“The GM “Tony” was AMAZING and went completely out of his way for us. ❤️ We are from out of town and mistakenly placed our order on the app at the wrong location. He completely took care of it at the other location and comped our new order. SO sweet and completely unnecessary but very much appreciated. GREAT customer service.“

“Had a great experience with the girl who brought me my food there was a hair on one of the cups and I didn't see it but she did and so she took it back in and replaced it which was good cuz I would have gagged LOL. Great food by the way add the new smashers and they were delicious!“
